On the premises are ``Soba Soba Tatsu'', ``Sushi Restaurant Nadaya'', "Konanzuke Museum", "Restaurant Heisuke Chaya" inside the museum, There are ``Shuizumi Mokuo'' and ``Café Lounge.'' Go to the Konanzuke Museum, built in 1920. Admission is free. At that time, Hanshin Electric Railway's streetcar was running right in front of it, and it was a prime location. After that, the Hanshin train was relocated. In the past, they also sold alcohol. Currently, Narazuke, mirin, etc. that use alcohol are sold. Konan Museum The 140-year history and tools of Takashima Liquor Foods Co., Ltd. are on display, along with materials about mirin and Narazuke. This is due to the influence of the head family running a sake brewing business from the late Edo period. Brokerage of sake lees, started manufacturing shochu in 1899, Takashima Liquor Foods Co., Ltd. was founded. From around 1890, we started producing mirin and narazuke, The trademark for ``Konanzuke'' was registered in 1930, and it is still there today. Heisuke Chaya In the Japanese room of the former president's house built in 1930. Rice cooked in a pot, miso soup made with miso aged without additives, It seems that you can have set meals such as Narazuke. Kamatoshi and waterfall in the garden. There is spring water rich in iron. Main store He brought me samples. When I tried it, it was crunchy and delicious. It feels like alcohol is going around. The turban shell was the most delicious. I got a little lost getting there...(lol) There's a Konanzuke museum, restaurants, and shops. If you follow the Nada Sake Brewery Tour, I recommend having lunch here and around Shushinkan (Fukuju).

This place is underrated. Please include it in your sake tour of Kobe. Tsukemono, pickles that are made with sake lees (sake leftovers after filtering) is the main focus here. There's a very small but interesting museum. Do note that they don't have any English information available.

That's right, this is it. Konanzuke from Narazuke in Nara This is a Konanzuke shop that is famous for its commercials on TV. To be honest, I think Konanzuke is the most delicious of all Narazuke. I love Narazuke and it's really delicious. I think pickles refer to these things. Out of all of them, Narazuke melon is the best. There are also things like eggplant, cucumbers, and onions. There's also daikon radish, Moriguchi daikon radish. everyone

I visited around 10 o'clock on weekdays due to time adjustment. Located on the north side of National Route 43. The front is the museum, the soba restaurant and sushi restaurant are on the left, and the pickle shop is on the right. The museum is quite enjoyable. Best of all, there were no customers, so I was able to enjoy the show by myself. Get a cake set at the cafe. At first I thought it was a holiday because no one came out, but there was a pre-payment system at the entrance reception. Price: 693 yen. cheap. The coffee and cake were average, but I was able to spend a relaxing time in the guest room. I realized that the rich have always lived high-quality and elegant lives. Since I came here, I bought hon mirin and pickled scallops as souvenirs.

This mirin is made only with sticky rice, rice malt, and shochu, and it's really delicious. The old buildings and gardens have a nice atmosphere.

It is located in an area where there are many Konanzuke and Nada sake breweries that sell high-quality Narazuke. It has a great natural flavor with no additives.

Service is great, tsukemono (pickles) are awesome. High quality pickles made from sake lees. They have a very nice restaurant that serves local food but only available from 11-130pm.

(Translated by Google) Speaking of Konan pickles, Mukonogo is good. The parking lot is large and the number of cars that can be accommodated is large. There are many products available as souvenirs. (Original) 甲南漬といえば武庫の郷が良い。 駐車場も大きく、収容台数も多い。 お土産として商品展開も多い。

(Translated by Google) There is [Soba Tatsu] on the same site. The soba soup is so delicious that I always drink it. We recommend curry soba, fried chicken tatsutaage, porridge, tempura soba, etc. It is quite crowded on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you like soba, please try it.

Since you can easily find Kobe souvenirs (Japanese-style food), I think it's easy to stop by when returning from Kobe to Osaka due to its location.

It's a peculiar pickle Shellfish, scallops, etc. Some with seafood There is no doubt that it will go well with sake. Try this once.

(Translated by Google) It's a place to relax. You don't have to worry about anyone, and you can enjoy changing the taste to your liking. The atmosphere is so good that you can sit for hours, and the soba-yu is thick and warm. Unfortunately, it's an era where people say that because they can't smoke anymore.
