    I started to worry about my weight, so I did various exercises and went to the gym, but I gave up and couldn't continue.     Diet course I had been having knee pain for some time and was receiving treatment at the Passionate Acupuncture and Osteopathic Clinic. My teacher told me that I needed to lose weight and build strength in my lower body, but I couldn't make any changes on my own. He pointed out that if I continued like this, I could develop knee osteoarthritis, so I decided to try a diet course. When I took the training, the teacher worked with me one-on-one and was very knowledgeable, so I was able to train with peace of mind. I finally decided to do the 16th course. My instructor is a nationally certified teacher who is very knowledgeable about muscles, has a wide variety of training options, and will find a method that suits me, so I can feel at ease. After receiving thorough dietary guidance, training twice a week, and completing the course 16 times, I was able to drop my height from 170 cm and 79 kg to 68 kg. Thanks to this, my knee pain is much easier than before. I plan to continue training!

    I started personal training because I was concerned about my weight gain and changes in my body shape. After a two-month diet course, I was able to lose more than 10 kilograms and my body shape became noticeably more toned. At Red Gym, you can do a variety of training so you can continue without getting bored. I had the impression that personal training was expensive, but the price was cheap, and the dietary guidance and training was very good.

    I started personal training with the aim of maintaining proper posture by strengthening my muscles and creating a body that is less likely to cause pain. At first, the strength training was very difficult and I couldn't do it well, but thanks to the advice and encouragement from my teacher, I was able to complete it and it has helped me gain confidence. Now I no longer have any pain in my shoulders or lower back and I feel that my body is in good shape. I'm still training to slim down my waist.

    I had been restricting carbohydrates and training myself to lose weight, but I wanted to get even more results, so I decided to try training at Red Gym. I was training at home, but the training at Red Gym was quite hard. There is a huge difference between doing it yourself and having a professional do it using a machine. I could feel that my waist was getting tighter and the muscles around my back were gaining strength. I received dietary advice and was able to maintain a healthy diet.

    I hit a plateau with my diet and decided to take the plunge and start personal training. I have some exercise experience and have done some training myself, but since the training at Red Gym is done by a therapist, I felt like my training was more effective. I was able to persevere until the end while receiving advice on dietary guidance. In addition to changing my diet, I trained and strengthened my muscles, which not only helped me lose weight, but also improved my physical condition and made me feel more positive.     I originally had lower back pain, so I started personal training to lose weight and take the burden off my lower back. Red Gym offers a variety of training methods, and even though I have back pain, I was able to continue without any difficulty.     Since I started training, I have been able to run for short distances even though my knees hurt, and the pain in my lower back has decreased considerably. I originally had pain in my knees and lower back and had been receiving treatment, but by combining treatment and training I was able to see more results. I also lost weight, so much so that people around me noticed. I was able to follow my dietary restrictions at my own pace.
