I
purchased
my
wedding
ring
at
this
store.
When
choosing
a
ring,
I
was
able
to
try
it
on
until
I
was
satisfied
with
it,
and
I
was
able
to
see
various
combinations
from
a
wide
variety
of
rings.
My
husband's
ring
was
in
stock
at
the
store,
but
mine
wasn't
in
the
store,
so
I
checked
the
design
in
the
image,
and
because
I
combined
rings
with
different
themes
from
the
same
brand,
there
were
quite
a
few
people
who
purchased
the
same
combination.
I
think
not.
I
was
very
happy
and
excited
for
the
two
months
from
when
I
purchased
it
until
it
was
delivered.
I
came
to
this
store
after
seeing
it
on
Instagram,
so
I
followed
it
and
looked
at
it
regularly.
It
was
a
little
past
the
scheduled
delivery
date
and
we
had
not
heard
back
from
them,
but
I
didn't
pay
much
attention
to
it,
but
when
I
looked
on
Instagram,
I
saw
a
post
about
what
I
thought
was
our
ring.
(The
store
didn't
have
it
in
stock,
and
the
box
was
exactly
the
same
as
when
I
received
it.)
As
much
as
I
was
looking
forward
to
it,
I
hadn't
received
any
notification
that
it
was
completed
yet,
so
I
was
really
shocked
that
it
was
posted
on
Instagram
without
my
permission.
In
the
video,
the
box
was
opened
with
bare
hands,
and
I
thought
it
was
okay
since
it
was
a
box,
but
when
I
received
it,
the
person
(newbie)
who
was
the
main
person
explaining
the
process
was
wearing
gloves
and
was
touching
it,
but
the
sub
person
next
to
it...
A
woman
(instructor)
was
fixing
a
ring
with
her
bare
hands
in
the
middle
of
an
explanation.
I
have
no
regrets
when
it
comes
to
choosing
a
ring,
and
I'm
glad
I
chose
this
one,
but
I
would
like
those
who
serve
customers
to
think
more
carefully
so
that
they
don't
leave
behind
a
hazy
memory
of
their
precious
memories.
I
really
like
the
ring,
so
I've
been
wondering
if
I
should
say
anything
about
it,
but
I
thought
I'd
share
it
so
that
others
don't
have
the
same
experience.
Thank
you
for
this
time.
