I
suffered
from
heat
stroke
while
working,
so
I
looked
for
a
designated
workers'
compensation
hospital
and
went
to
see
a
doctor.
When
I
made
the
payment,
I
told
them
that
I
hadn't
talked
to
the
company
yet,
and
they
said,
``It
will
be
treated
as
health
insurance.''
I
knew
that
health
insurance
cannot
be
used
for
work-related
accidents,
so
I
asked
her,
``What
do
you
do
if
you
get
a
work-related
accident?''
She
replied,
``If
you
bring
me
the
documents,
I'll
replace
them.''
I
paid
for
it
using
my
health
insurance,
thinking
that
I
would
have
to
pay
for
it
out
of
pocket.
After
a
while,
I
was
able
to
talk
to
the
company,
so
when
I
contacted
them,
they
responded
with
a
surprising
reply,
``Since
the
month
has
already
passed,
it
will
be
covered
by
insurance.
You
said
within
the
last
month,
right?''
Of
course
I
didn't
listen.
I
have
a
medical
appointment
on
the
28th,
and
how
can
I
bring
the
documents
the
next
day
with
Saturday
and
Sunday
in
between?
If
I
had
heard
something
like
that,
I
would
naturally
not
use
health
insurance.
Why
go
through
the
trouble
of
taking
the
risk
of
not
being
able
to
treat
it
as
a
work-related
accident?
Not
only
was
this
a
wrong
response,
it
was
an
even
more
arrogant
response.
Since
I
used
my
health
insurance,
I
have
to
go
through
complicated
procedures
after
this.
I
would
never
want
to
do
anything
with
a
hospital
that
doesn't
treat
its
patients
as
patients
again.
