I
was
hospitalized
for
cervical
spine
surgery
during
the
coronavirus
pandemic.
The
hospital
specializes
in
inpatient
admissions,
but
there
are
no
shops.
What
I
received
while
in
the
hospital
was:
The
doctors
have
great
cooperation
and
judgment.
It
depends
on
the
nurse...
(sometimes
ignored)
The
worst
thing
was
the
lack
of
coordination
between
the
reception
and
calculation
staff
and
the
large
number
of
mistakes.
-
There
is
no
coordination
for
pre-hospital
testing,
etc.
-
Being
asked
the
same
question
over
and
over
again.
ใปAlthough
he
has
an
overbearing
attitude,
he
often
makes
mistakes
in
calculations.
(The
high-pressure
office
staff
who
charged
double
the
amount
did
not
apologize)
ใปWhen
issuing
a
medical
certificate,
they
did
not
listen
to
any
of
my
questions
and
responded
in
an
overbearing
and
unfocused
manner
(they
just
told
me
lies
as
if
they
wanted
to
do
something).
In
the
end,
my
boss
apologized...
I
get
the
impression
that
the
administrative
staff,
including
the
medical
affairs
department,
are
all
in
good
hands.
The
office
staff
seems
unable
to
take
good
care
of
the
sick
people.
The
doctors
and
nurses
were
wonderful,
but
I
got
the
impression
that
the
administrative
staff
was
holding
me
back.
