In
February
2015,
I
was
hospitalized
through
the
ward
office
due
to
speech
problems,
breathing
problems,
consciousness
disturbance,
and
withdrawal
symptoms
due
to
excessive
alcohol
consumption.
On
the
first
day
of
hospitalization,
my
condition
deteriorated
significantly,
so
I
asked
my
doctor,
Dr.
Madoka
Goto,
to
move
me
to
an
open
room
instead
of
the
closed
room
I
had
designated.
However,
the
doctor
tried
to
lock
it
up,
so
I
tried
to
escape
and
ended
up
being
put
in
a
detention
room
for
about
a
week.
During
the
intense
withdrawal,
he
was
not
even
allowed
to
drink
water
and
was
forced
to
defecate
while
still
wearing
restraints.
After
that,
the
symptoms
caused
by
alcohol
subsided,
but
I
was
never
discharged
from
the
hospital,
and
I
was
not
informed
of
any
plans
for
hospitalization,
so
I
ended
up
staying
in
the
hospital
for
almost
6
months
instead
of
the
3
months
I
was
hospitalized
for
treatment.
Since
the
doctor
in
charge
was
not
on
duty
full-time,
we
were
unable
to
communicate
with
each
other,
and
when
we
did
talk,
he
continued
to
avoid
specific
topics
and
was
completely
irresponsible.
During
my
stay
in
the
hospital,
I
particularly
remember
the
arrogant
and
violent
behavior
of
the
nurses,
the
sight
of
an
old
woman
tied
to
a
bed
and
in
a
weakened
state
being
taken
into
a
detention
room,
the
number
of
escapes,
and
the
"management"
by
the
office
staff.
(Management
fees
are
collected
every
day
for
"management",
and
if
it
becomes
negative,
you
will
naturally
have
to
pay
the
amount).
I
expressed
my
intention
to
be
discharged
from
the
hospital
and
called
the
mental
health
center,
but
they
told
me
that
I
could
not
be
discharged
without
my
parents'
permission,
which
they
did
not
give
me
when
I
was
admitted.
While
I
was
in
the
hospital,
I
requested
a
meeting
with
a
clinical
psychologist,
but
the
person
who
came
was
a
social
psychologist
who
admittedly
was
not
an
expert
and
charged
me
a
fee
for
a
simple
chat.
Until
the
very
end,
the
doctor
in
charge
did
not
provide
any
basis
for
hospitalization.
After
I
was
discharged
from
the
hospital,
I
suffered
from
deviant
behavior,
perhaps
as
a
reaction
to
the
long
period
of
confinement,
but
with
the
counseling
and
tranquilizer
prescriptions
I
received
at
the
Koji
Clinic,
which
I
started
attending
afterwards,
I
have
been
able
to
lead
a
stable
life
to
this
day.
This
hospital
has
had
deaths
in
the
past.
If
you
would
like
to
receive
inpatient
treatment,
we
recommend
going
to
Arima
Kogen
Hospital
or
Kofu
Hospital.
This
is
a
hospital
with
a
very
low
level
of
human
rights
awareness.
I
don't
recommend
it.
