I wasn't given a treatment menu like the ones on the website, nor was I shown to a private room, so I was left standing. You will be given a consent form, but this too will be left standing, and you will only be asked to sign it without any explanation of its contents. After paying the bill, you will be given a medical questionnaire and asked to sit down and fill it out. After that, remove your makeup and have the treatment (the nurses and doctors are very polite) Normally, the doctor checks if the procedure can be performed after filling out a medical questionnaire (I have a chronic illness and am taking medication) → explains the procedure → doesn't it involve paying the bill? I thought that even though I didn't know if I could have the treatment, I had to pay first. I feel nothing but distrust towards receptionists and counselors. I can understand if it seems busy, but there are no patients in the waiting area with chairs. Beauty clinics are saturated, and if they can't provide even the bare minimum of customer service, I think these clinics will go out of business, including the lack of customer reviews.
