バレーボールとランニングを２０年以上続けてきて、膝に負担がかかっていたらしく、ここ数年騙し騙しやってきました。
病院には数カ所行きましたが、どこにいっても痛みがなくなるまでスポーツしないでくださいとか膝周辺に筋肉をつけてください、としか言われず、根本的な解決がないまま過ごしてきました。
ここ半年、スポーツ中だけでなく仕事中にも右膝の皿の部分に慢性的に痛みが出てきて、満足に動くことが出来ず、かなりストレスでした。いよいよ痛みも増してきて、かなりやばいかもと思った時に、ネットでこちらの病院を見つけました。
診察してもらった感想ですが、先生は少しぶっきらぼうですが、なんでもハッキリと言ってくれるので、逆に信頼できました。他のスタッフの方はとても丁寧に対応してくれて非常に好感が持てました。先生もスタッフの方も、色々と質問してもちゃんと答えてくれるので、不安なく治療が出来ました。
MRIを撮ってもらった結果、変形性膝関節症でしたが、軽度の方だったらしく、PRP-FDという自分の血液から血小板を抽出して、精製して患部に注射して戻すという治療法をすることにしました。
膝に注射をするということで、当日は少し緊張しましたが、痛みもほとんど無く本当に一瞬で終わりました。注射後2、3日は痛みが出るかも？と言われましたが、全く痛みは出ませんでした。
現在注射後ひと月が経ちましたが、本当に痛みがほぼ無くなりました。しかし、不意に痛みがあることがありますが、注射前のように継続的に痛みが続くことはありません。バレーボールも再開しましたが、以前のように膝を庇いながらビクビクとプレイしなくても良くなりました
治療の効果は３ヶ月ほどは要経過観察らしいので、さらに良くなればいいなぁと思います。
他の方のレビューにもありますが、保険外治療となるので、かなり高額となりますが、保険治療で効果が出ず、困ったら、一度ここで診察してみるのをオススメします。
ひとつだけ残念なのは、MRIを撮影するのに、別の病院に行かないとダメなので、時間と費用が別にかかってしまうことですかね。
