I
don't
want
to
show
that
I'm
heavier
than
the
previous
year
in
my
health
checkup,
so
I
go
on
a
diet
every
year
before
my
health
checkup.
When
it
finished,
it
increased
again.
I
see,
this
is
called
a
yo-yo
phenomenon!
I
learned
this
in
the
classroom
and
am
now
reflecting
on
my
actions
😅
When
I
put
on
my
clothes
to
go
golfing
for
the
first
time
in
a
while,
my
skirt
was
so
tight.
When
I
was
in
a
pinch
with
only
a
month
left
for
my
health
check,
I
saw
an
ad
on
Facebook
and
applied
for
the
experience.
I
was
in
a
situation
where
I
needed
to
lose
weight,
so
I
applied
for
the
course
immediately
after
the
experience.
I
want
to
lose
weight
around
my
stomach,
so
I
chose
a
partial
slimming
course.
I
achieved
my
goal
in
a
month
while
improving
my
diet
(though
I
still
drink
a
lot).
By
the
time
I
graduated,
I
had
lost
4
kg,
waist
and
lower
abdomen
6
cm.
Now
it's
an
adjustment
course.
I
successfully
cleared
the
health
check
by
±0kg
compared
to
the
previous
year.
And
now
I
can
wear
golf
clothes
without
any
problems
(lol)
I've
done
all
kinds
of
things,
including
gym,
personal,
kaatsu,
esthetics,
pelvic
correction,
carbohydrate
restriction,
fasting,
etc.,
but
I
liked
Proportion
Academy
the
most.
After
all,
the
machine
is
easy.
The
feeling
that
you
don't
have
to
work
hard
just
to
ride
and
hit
is
perfect
for
me.
And
I'm
really
looking
forward
to
seeing
the
results
because
it
directly
affects
the
areas
I
want
to
lose
weight.
All
of
the
staff
members
are
bright
and
pleasant,
so
I
think
the
atmosphere
in
the
classroom
is
good.
I'm
greedy
and
have
high
goals,
and
I
want
to
slim
down
my
stomach
area.
Managing
your
daily
diet
and
regularly
checking
your
size
cannot
be
done
by
yourself.
It's
a
good
motivation
because
it
makes
me
feel
like
I
have
to
work
hard
because
I'm
being
watched.
