    I was looking for a kickboxing gym in Kobe, and they introduced me to a Muay Thai gym like no other✨🥊 It's within walking distance from Kobe Station and Sannomiya Station, and it's close to Motomachi Station, so it's easy to get there. With Muay Thai mitt hitting, you can enjoy stress relief and diet. 🔥 You can also experience body shaping through muscle training in a way that is almost similar to personal training. I've been to many different gyms, but BRAVE is the one for me because I can enjoy Muay Thai, a martial art, as a form of fitness. ❤️‍🔥☺️

    Owner is a true gentleman. Cleanest kickboxing gym I've been too. Trainers and community are very welcoming. Best Kobe kickboxing gym by far!

    The fitness studio I visited recently was a great studio with Pilates and yoga classes. Classes are offered for a variety of levels, from beginners to advanced, and the appeal is that you can learn at your own pace. The instructor was very experienced and gave detailed instructions. In particular, the detailed advice on how to move the body and how to breathe was extremely useful. Also, during the lessons, they looked at each student's situation and gave appropriate advice, so I was able to participate in the lessons with peace of mind. The facility itself is clean, spacious and equipped with the latest equipment. The locker room and shower room were also clean and easy to use. Overall, this fitness studio offers quality lessons and equipment, with a comfortable exercise environment.

    体を動かすことが苦手でしたが、初心者に合わせた内容で丁寧に指導していただけ、気が付けば既に4年以上続けてます! フィジカル以外にミット打ちがあるのでストレス発散にもなり、楽しく運動ができます。

    braveに通わせて頂いて4年になりますが、初心者の方から経験者までしっかり満足できる練習メニューを組んでくれて行く度に充実したトレーニングができています🎶 格闘技観るのが好きな方も実戦の技術を教えて頂くだけでもより観るのが楽しくなるのでオススメです🤩 トレーナーさんがしっかり追い込んでくれるので、短時間でものすごい運動量でダイエット効果も抜群だと思います、いつも本当にありがとうございます😆

    駅から近く通いやすい立地です!初心者の私にも丁寧に指導してもらえ、毎週楽しみに通っています^^ 1か月10kgのダイエットに成功しました!食事のアドバイスもしてもらえるので、楽しく健康に瘦せれてかつミット打ちでストレス発散‼👊間違いなく私が通ったジムの中でNo.1です✨

    素敵なスタッフに、本格なムエタイのタイ人トレーナー! 駅近で清潔なジム! 始めて週一回ペースでも日々身体の変化を実感! なによりジムワークも楽しくて、自分の変化に周りの反応も良くて最高です! 今まで色々なジムに行ったけど全て踏まえてBRAVE が最高です!

    駅から近くて通いやすいので便利です! JR・阪急・阪神全て近いです! ストレス発散とフィジカルトレーニングがバランス良くてトレーナーもいい具合に追い込んでくれます。 週一回の運動後は気持ちいいし達成感があります。

    格闘技未経験ですが、個人のレベルに合わせてトレーニングをしていただけます。なかなか運動量はたかめですが、楽しく体を動かせます。 ミット打ちはストレス発散に最適。 30分と短い時間ですが、濃度は高め。キックが多いのでほぼ毎回お尻が筋肉痛に…。 ヒップアップしたい女性用はぜひ。

    先日、体験に行きました^_^ とても親切なトレーナーの方でした★ 女性で運動経験も少ないので心配してましたが 楽しく出来ました ムエタイとキックボクシングの違いもあまり分からないまま体験にいったのですが理解することができたので何度か通おうと考えています(^^)

    Professional trainers will carefully teach you in small group settings. You always take care of your health, and I think both serious and light-hearted people can continue to enjoy themselves without straining themselves. I started it with no experience to relieve stress and lose weight, but I've been able to do it for three years this month without taking a break. (longest ever) If you would rather go to a gym that only has machines, I highly recommend checking out BRAVE.

Also, since I started working with BRAVE, my posture has improved, my stiff shoulders are gone, and my inner muscles are also being strengthened.     I've been using it since before I was pregnant and gave birth, and it's been about 4 years. I have returned twice after giving birth to two children, and each time I have been warmly welcomed. I was worried about starting Muay Thai all of a sudden after giving birth, so I consulted with Pilates about my physical concerns after giving birth, and after I was able to stretch my body and regain some control over my body, I resumed Muay Thai. This gym is unique in that you can work on these types of exercises. I think the reason I'm able to continue going even though I have children is not only because I train, but also because I relieve stress and strengthen my mental strength. From the above, it is also recommended for moms! By the way, I think you can go even if you are pregnant while consulting with a trainer.

    Some kickboxing gyms in Kobe I went to try it out, and this gym is It was clean and stylish, and it got me excited! It's 30 minutes of working out and hitting the mitts. I thought it would be short, but I felt satisfied because I was able to move so much in just 30 minutes✨Everyone was given thorough guidance one by one.
