    I started going there after being introduced to it by an acquaintance. The gym is for women only and the inside of the gym is clean, so I feel very comfortable using it. There are a wide variety of lessons, so you can take the ones you like, so you can exercise in a way that suits your height. Best of all, the trainers talk to me cheerfully and cheerfully, so I always get a smile on my face. I feel a sense of accomplishment because I can feel that I am glad I came and worked hard.     It's already been a year since I was introduced to Mitness Kobe by my sister. It's a women's only gym, so I personally like the fact that I can move around without worrying about the people around me. Since I started going to Mitness, my metabolism has increased even more and I've noticed changes in my body, which has also increased my motivation. All the trainers are cheerful and talk to me in an energetic manner, so I feel very encouraged. Thanks to her, I look forward to going to Mitnes every time.

    I was not good at exercise, but when I tried hitting the mitt for the first time, I felt it was just fun and decided to join. Since I started working, I didn't get any exercise, so at first I only took one lesson, but as time went by, I started to gain more stamina, the movements I was able to do increased, and I started having more fun. I feel a sense of accomplishment every time, so I have a strong feeling that it's tiring but fun. Also, I tend to get bored easily, but there are more than 5 types of lessons, and each lesson is updated every 3-4 months, so I can keep going without getting bored. It's dark and only for women, so you don't have to worry about other people watching you, and best of all, the trainers are always bright and pulling you with cool movements, so you can push yourself beyond your limits. Since I started going, I've lost 5 kg and my body has become toned (I've got a waist!), so I'm able to enjoy fashion and have more confidence than before. Thank you very much! This is a gym I want to continue going to.

    I always enjoy visiting! I started it off with a diet. It's been about a year since I've been going here, and my friends have been telling me that I've changed a lot! I didn't think it would be possible to lose weight in an enjoyable way, but even though I hate muscle training, I continued to come here and was able to make a change.     At regular gyms, I set limits for myself and couldn't push myself, and I didn't stick with it because I thought it was tiring and painful, but the first time I went to Mitnes, I had so much fun!
