    I went there to strengthen my marathon skills. Running outside suddenly became easier, and I was surprised at how effective it was. You can see that the machines are up-to-date and well-maintained. Girls are happy that the facility always smells nice ☺️ What kind of fragrance is it? I want. Showering is also a trendy thing that will make your skin beautiful! happy. The restrooms, lockers, everything is kept clean, and I think it would be dangerous if they got dirty. The staff are also friendly and attentive. There are a lot of runners, so it's very motivating. It can't be helped, but it's a pity that it's closed on Mondays😢

    Efficiently develop your potential in a low oxygen training room like no other I am very satisfied because I was able to improve it! Not only your endurance but also your anaerobic exercise ability and recovery power have improved. Training only takes a short amount of time, so I'm happy to be able to use my time for other hobbies. My metabolism has increased so I can enjoy food without worrying about it. All the staff are very attentive, so I've been able to come here for a long time. This facility is recommended for both athletes who are stoic and those who are more relaxed and enjoy themselves.

    I am running a marathon and I am allowed to attend. The stress on my legs is light and the low-oxygen environment allows me to train my heart and lungs properly, so even when I had a minor injury and could only jog outside, I was able to run here and complete the race without giving up on achieving results in the competition. I would like to thank the store manager and all the staff for their kind support. I would like to try sub-3 again at the Himeji Castle Marathon in 2024, so I would appreciate your help 🙇

    店内は常に清潔で通いやすいです 30分歩いた後の汗の量にびっくり! スタッフの方もいつも明るく親切なので リフレッシュになっています☺️

    いきなりはRunはできないので実際トレーニングできるのは20分ちょっとなかんじです。 短時間で効果的な追い込みはできるのかなと思いますが、予約して時間指定なのが少し欠点です。

    It's been 5 years since I started going! At first, it was just for light exercise, but now I can run and my legs are getting toned⭐️ I've gained the strength to continue walking, so I don't get tired even when walking outside! All the staff are always kind It's refreshing to hear about my body and my everyday trivial stories! Thank you for your continued support!

    You can work up a sweat even by just walking, so it's great that even people like me who don't like running can get aerobic exercise! You will be given detailed instructions on how to use the stretching machine, so it is easy for even beginners to attend. I'm glad that the gym is also clean and beautiful.

    I've been coming here for 5 years since it opened. I don't usually have many opportunities to exercise, so I'm grateful to be able to exercise quickly on Saturdays and Sundays. A low-oxygen run is especially refreshing after it's over. It's great because you can refresh both your mind and body.

    You can get intense training in a short amount of time. Even when all I could do was stretch due to my injury, I was able to heal quickly, probably because I was in a hypoxic room. I was worried that it would be suitable for people in their 50s since it would only be for athletes, but it's totally fine!

    I was able to feel the improvement in my cardiorespiratory function even in a short time, and was able to achieve a sub-4.5 in my second full marathon✨ The gym is very clean and close to the station, so it's easy to get to.

👍 基本トレーニングルームと水泳しか使ってません。 働いている方の対応が基本良く、気持ちよく使わせてもらってます。 料金も3ヶ月トレーニングルーム+プールで見ると、割安だと思います。 器具は初心者トレーニーなら十二分だと思います。100㌔は無いので、超負荷が欲しい方は別の場所に行かれることをオススメします。
