    I am using it for dieting. I was able to lose about -10kg by using it in combination with dietary restrictions. During training, I think I was able to have an effective training session by adjusting the weight load according to my level. There were many things I couldn't do alone, but with encouragement I was able to keep going. My goal weight is still a little way off, so I'm going to do my best!

    It's only for ladies, so it's very easy to get to. Empty-handed is definitely fun! Everything is clean and disinfected diligently. All the trainers were cheerful and energetic, and I once visited another training center, but they weren't very friendly, and they left quickly, feeling like they were in a male-dominated place...
