Very nice Osaka park on the water. It has what I am told the lowest mountain in Japan and if you should want to go on a boat ride there is also the Tempozan Ferry that will take you across the river and back. Very nice way to cross the river. It is a pedestrian ferry for only people and bikes and it is also handicapped accessible - although the ramp on the other side of the river is very steep - certainly not up to code so if anyone is using a wheel chair be sure to have someone with you to provide assistance and if you do not - I would imagine that the ferry operators would be willing to assist you on the ramps.

Good sea side park. It's near Big aquarium and Universal Studios Japan.This park is good for people who play Pokemon Go as well.

A free ferry that takes bicycles!?! This was such a great experience. The pilot was extremely skilled. He drifted sideways perfectly into the landing dock. I've never seen anything like it.

The park is not well-maintained, but you can see the giant ferris wheel, cruise ship and the bridge from this park.

As a cruise harbour Tempozan is a friendly port for cruise passenger, after go out from terminal building , simply walk to bus stop and take bus no 60, it will take you around 30 minutes to Dotonburi. The downtown area of OSAKA. We shop at Bic Camera and also eat Ramen Ichira Ramen. After that taste the pork bun at the food centre of Takashimaya basement.

Don't forget to visit Japan's official shortest mountain, Tenpozan. 4.53 meters above sea level.
