Situated on the top floor and a 15 minute ride for 600 yen per adult Seems reasonable. View is worth it. Seats warm and its not too long or short making it great with kids. Getting on and off the carriage was easy as it moves slow enough

Purchase ticket from machine just like going on a train. There wasn't much of a wait when we arrived (around 4:30 pm). The ride was pleasant, and it has a Bluetooth speaker in each carriage where you could cast your own music. Though you don't get as much of a good view of the city compared to being in a skyscraper, you do get a good close look of Osaka, where you could see trains coming and going. A great activity for family and it isn't expensive.

The Hep Five Ferris Wheel offers an extraordinary way to see the breathtaking cityscape of Osaka from a bird's-eye view. We went during the day and it was awesome to see the bustling city in motion. With exceptionally clean gondolas and accommodating staff, this Ferris Wheel experience is a must-try for anyone visiting the city. It is very affordable (under $5 each) and conveniently located inside the mall on the 7th floor. The wheel takes one revolution for a leisurely 10-15 minute ride. It was fun to also connect our phones to the onboard Bluetooth speaker for a more personal experience. Definitely don’t miss this opportunity to marvel at Osaka's skyline from a unique vantage point!

You can reach the Hep Five ferris wheel from the 7th floor by taking the elevator. An adult ticket is 600 yen, which you purchase using the ticket machine right next to the entry. The view is amazing and it is quite a long ride more than 10 minutes.

It's located on the 7th floor in HEP Five Mall. Entrance fee is ¥600, but if you have the Osaka Amazing Pass then you can enter for free. We visited during the weekday during the daytime, so there wasn't any queue at all. The carriage looks well maintained, and it's spacious and comfortable. There's air conditioning and also a Bluetooth speaker for you to connect to, if you wanted to play any songs during the ride. Enjoyed the amazing view up there. Recommended 👍

Had an awesome ride with the family for very reasonable price as compared to Ferris wheel in other overseas locations. Highly efficient during boarding, they load passengers on alternate cabin so that they can clean before someone gets on it the next round! Great view of Osaka too!

Great view at night. The queue start from the entrance of the door, but it was very fast, less than 30 minutes waiting time. Seats are clean, staff will clean the seat and wipe the windows after each passenger. Great city wheel, the whole journey was 15 minutes. Not too high, so not too scary for the general. Buy ticket in advance is recommended. Twilight and night views are good.

I love the scenery when it's at the top of the Hep Five Ferris Wheel and you can see the overall view of Osaka city. The cleanliness of the cable car is very clean and equipped with speakers for you to install your favorite song while on the car. The price is reasonable and the purchasing ticket is easy by machine,

At the top of the mall, follow the signs and elevators to the entrance. There’s a restroom before the entrance, highly recommend using before getting in line. It was about a 30 minute wait before getting on the Ferris wheel. The ride itself was about 15 minutes with great views of the city and the streets below. Easy to get to from the subway station or a short walk from Osaka station.

When in Osaka , Hep 5 Ferris Wheel should be on your todo list. If you have walked past the Umeda Twin Tower North building , you are well on your way to the mall that hosts the wheel. Take the elevator to the 7th floor ( as soon as you get off the elevator there happens to be a tunnel on the left that has the wheel sign on the top . Please don’t enter that tunnel and instead keep going straight past Starbucks into the tickets area) and past Starbucks you would see the tickets purchase area. Once done with the ticket purchase ( ¥600 per person) you would get in the line and wait your turn to get into the pod on the wheel. Once inside, you can connect to the Bluetooth speaker onboard and jam your music while going up above in the sky on the wheel. From there on enjoy the ride !! Would recommend it even if you have a fear of heights just like me!!!

I am glad we got to ride this ferris wheel for free with our Osaka Amazing pass. It looks cool from the outside. The inside was very disappointing. The windows were so scratched and dirty that we did not get a single good picture or view. In real life the view was actually cloudier and more smudged than the photos show. I had hoped it was just our car but as we got off we looked at a couple other cars and they were the same. If we had paid for the ride we would have been very unhappy. The Tempozan Giant ferris wheel was much better.

To me – just a regular European guy – the location itself is quite astonishing... Who would put a Ferris wheel on top of a shopping mall?! So come on, my colleagues and I just had to go in and found ourselves I and I with the top of the skyscrapers in lovely Osaka. The view was breathtaking and the best part was that you can actually connect your own mobile to the sound system and enjoy The ride with your own tunes. The price was OK – around five euros. Only cash payment accepted .

This was beautiful! The ride was about 15 minutes and you get a Birds Eye view of the Osaka skyline and it’s a great way to explore. I especially love that I get to spot food spots while on the ride lol but yes do give it a go! A great way to relax and enjoy your night in Osaka!

I wouldn’t try it if I didn’t have the Osaka Amazing Pass tbh. First of all, you can’t get there using the main escalator, you need to venture deeper and use the other escalator to get to the Starbucks and Ferris Wheel. It’s not really that enjoyable up there. When it’s nighttime it’s quite bright, and the glass/plastic windows reflect a lot of the surrounding lights, so its actually hard to take good photos or selfies. Plus, the the view you see is not that spectacular just a small part of the city.

Loved this. Great views and the cars were air conditioned.

A visit is must when there is ferris wheel at the top of the mall. For 600 yen you can see a good view of Umeda. Do go on a clear day. Expect a wait but the queue is fast going. Very hip shopping centre for the young ones. Many fashionable stuff on many levels here. U are welcome by a big whale and young whale when you enter the mall. It is crowded shopping centre with good atmosphere.

What a breathtaking view of Osaka from the Ferris wheel! It wasn’t very expensive for tickets and it was a nice ride. The Hep Five Ferris wheel is located inside of a beautiful and large mall. There was no wait when we went. I recommend visiting while in Osaka.

Superb Ferris wheel with a decent wait time, says 40 minutes but moved alot faster. Good 15 minutes of amazing views of the Osaka cityscape. Definitely worth the ticket

Close to the Osaka JR Station, it is so easy to get to. We went at night, and the view was spectacular. A glass lift takes you up where you can purchase tickets. It's not expensive at all. Pods are enclosed, so there is no need to worry about getting wet.

Nice ferris wheel in Osaka. In a quite old building but well maintained. Anyway not superb special view to expect ya. Using Osaka Amazing Pass got us free entry.

A super underrated location. Fantastic views of Osaka cityscape and if you time it right, you wont find yourself with a crowd. I visited between 1:00-2:00 PM and there was no line. This is a much better location to take those wide city shots versus the likes of Tsutentaku Tower. It is located within a shopping arcade so you can enjoy yourself before or after your ride.

Good ferris wheel within a shopping centre. The wheel has beautiful red painted steel members and stand very tall within a busy shopping area. I went at night so was able to have amazing night city view.

Really nice views, really simple to get tickets, (even if you don't speak Japanese) and very reasonably priced... I don't really need to say much else.

A pretty unique experience, since I don't know where else you'd find a Ferris wheel on top of a department store. Easy to access due to being right next to the train station, and free with the Osaka Amazing Pass, which is worth getting for plenty of other reasons, as well, so it's a no brainer. Great views and an opportunity to sit down and catch your breath.

You can go in through the hep five building, you can get a nice view of the city and during night time the city lights makes the ride a joy.

This was a nice ride as it gives a majestic view of Osaka City! Go in the morning as there's hardly a line. Buy the 1 or 2 day Osaka Pass that gives you access to several places of interests and free subway rides.

Loved the ferris wheel. Went there after sundown, no queue and amazing views. ¥600 for 15 minutes on the ferris wheel seems fair enough.

Ticket counter on the 7th floor. Sign said 40 minute wait and we waited about 30. The first night we tried was over an hour wait so we left. It's only 600 to ride and group of 2 rides private. The seats are heated inside and there is a Bluetooth speaker to listen to. Worth the ride and wait.

Night view from Hep 5 Ferris wheel. The ride was smooth and you get 360 view of the beautiful lights. It cost ¥600 per person. There wasn’t any queue and we managed to get on after the tickets.

Ferris wheel on level 6 of shopping mall. Free if u purchase the osaka amazing pass. Nice views. Worth checking it out if u are shopping near the osaka station.

This Ferris Wheel ride is a must when you're in Osaka. It has a great view. It's a 20 minutes ride for ¥600. Perfectly safe and you won't get dizzy in it. It's quite fun.

HepFive is nice shopping mall. I took the Ferris wheels at night. I think that if u can take it daytime is also good. The city of osaka’s night view was beautiful. The price is 600¥.

Definitely enjoyed it. Recommended. We had a great view of the city around us, with pictures telling which building was what. We were surprised to find out you could play any music of your choice (from your device that you attach via headphone jack) for the duration of the ride, which really made it all the more enjoyable. There was also a Jump shop with some anime merchandise on the way up.

The only gigantic ferris wheel in Umeda district, it takes you to witness the 360 view around Umeda and Osaka. You can see lots of interesting attractions from your own cable car. One round takes about 5 minutes, not too long, not too short. I personally recommend you to come during sunset when you can get a photos of romantic twilight!

We took a ride on the ferris wheel at night. The views were awesome. Unfortunately for us the windows were old and hard to see through. However, some cars glass were new and much easier to see out of. Try to hold out for one of those cars!
