Something very special or not so Japanese style scenic spot found in there. All buildings are built in an European style and they do have different theme in every building. Every building, in fact is an exhibition annex. Nice to be there if you have spare time in Kobe. If you are crazy in collecting chop or stamp from different tourist spot, visiting there for sure can satisfy you since they have few chops or stamps in every building. Please bring along with your collecting album. You will love it.

So much fun to spend a whole afternoon in here exploring different buildings of western countries. You can also buy an eight-pavilion ticket under a discounted price. It reminds me of expo inShanghai. For the record, you can also solve a puzzle in Japanese to get a special present from tourist info if you by the right-pavilion ticket.

Rather exotic place here in Kobe or Japan. Close to Sannomiya St., but it's quite placid and less crowded. Recommend if you would like to stroll and see some European+Japanese buildings and be relaxed with coffee.

Quite unique place with cute building, but the entrance fees is quite pricy hence I didn't go in and visit.

A Great Place to visit to experience the western history and architectural of Japan. Do remember to try a Cheese Tart Store at this area.

You can see the all the Kobe city view here. There are many things to go and enjoy. In my case, there was a show which was as same as circus.

There was less things to see than I expected. Still a nice place to take a walk and have a cup of tea. You should try visiting here if you have some extra time in your trip schedule. But if you're running out of time, you can skip this place, especially if you're from a western country.

It's a nice place to take a walk and have a cup of coffee. There are couple of stores in this area including coffee shop, bakery and some traditional japanese style barbecue stores.

It was an enjoyable stroll to walk through the streets lined with foreign styled homes although not quite unique or historically reflective architecture. They were interesting to ser and worth the photos but I did find ghe shrine nearby to be much more worthy for photos.
