Thought it would be a nice experience hoping at the cafe and enjoy the night view, but ended up with a bad mood. We walked in to the cafe around 6pm since the board outside the cafe mentioned the operation hour is until 8:30pm. But at 7:30pm the waiter come and inform us the cafe is closing NOW, not 8 or 8:30pm but 7:30pm, we're still having our food and they come and inform us to leave in a sudden. Not once but many times, rushing us to leave and make the payment. IN MY OPINION, IF YOU WANT TO CLOSE THE OPERATION IN ADVANCE, AT LEAST YOU NEED TO INFORM US IN ADVANCE OR WHEN I MAKE THE ORDER, BUT NOT THE TIME I'M HAVING THE FOOD. Every person must order at least a dish in the cafe and the price is quite expensive

We stopped because we wanted to enjoy the mountain top views of Kobe and decided to stop by the cafe. The interior is very cozy and the menu offers many choices. We orders the pizza, pasta and curry which were al very delicious. I also ordered the hot ginger drink, which was great since it was kind of chilly up there. We learned that visiting this area at night or during the sunset is best so we will be coming again.

Ok, we’ll this cafe is old and you can clearly see that the building structure is showing its age. We dined outside. The outside tables and chairs are not in the best condition. The hand rails are faded and rusting. The car park is convenient under the cafe. The staff are polite and their clothes are clean and so are their fingernails!!! The view is 100% fantastic!!! The service is good for the small size cafe. The menu is simple, and well presented ( looks delicious). On a Sunday afternoon (today became rainy) but still very pleasant experience. I will return again because I want to see the night view. If the day view is fantastic, I could only think that the night view would be amazing. I would recommend this cafe for people ( couples or married couples) as a meeting place. Just to sit down and enjoy the view and conversation. I gave it a 5 star rating, because I felt comfortable and enjoyed the moment with my wife on our wedding anniversary today. 5th of June 2202. I hope new and older couples enjoy this cafe. Reminiscing was the subject today with my wife. I am looking forward to our next visit to Tenran Cafe.

Beautiful views, friendly service We popped in after riding the cable car. The cafe is located above the station on the top end. I had the Hokkaido milk roll which was so good. Prices are slightly high but as expected. They have some great views of the city and it's a great place to watchthe sunset.

During winter days it’s a nice little cafe to stay warm and wait for the sky to turn dark.

The atmosphere is great !! The view is spectacular !! Most importantly, do remember to bring extra clothing or scarf if you're planning to go at night during the cold weather~~ Do not be like me, I almost froze and got frostbite!!!

Lovely place with a majestic view and delicious food. Went here several times already. Free parking.

We came here at around 5.30pm after a long day on Mt Rokko. The place is warm and cozy, and you can have a nice curry rice to go with the amazing view. It’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding before taking the bus/cable car back down.

Very cozy, but I got there at a busy time. Had to wait for a able and service was slow. Other than that - a lovely place with great views of Kobe and Osaka.
