A bit small, but very interesting for me because I am used to sento in Tokyo and this one has... well, different kind of people. There were also two yakuzas when I was there, washing for a long time.

Cosy little onsen. Low price for a great experience. Sauna, jet bath, electric bath, outside inside, special flavoured bath, they have it all. Tattoo-friendly.

Great little old-skool sento. Can buy tickets with or without towel sets/shampoo/etc. Towel rental set ¥750, no towels ¥450. Very clean as to be expected. Friendly staff. Some small food/drink available and a cool aquarium too. Place is accommodating to friends with tattoos but don’t be put off by that. Want somewhere to relax and refresh: this is it.

Great little public bath. Entrance is just over 400 yen. It's byo towels, soap and shampoo, but they have an "empty handed pack" for those who have forgotten. There are about 5 small baths, including jet baths. There is snack food and cheap drinks as well in the foyer, and quite an impressive fish tank. Good for a quiet soak or somewhere to pass time if you missed the last train.

This was a nice public bath hidden a side neighborhood near Sannomiya station. The price was very reasonable and it was quite welcoming and relaxing place. Getting to enjoy a beer and some milk to refresh after the shower was great. The fact it was snowing made leaving feel great as I still had the warm effect from the onsen which felt nice.

Small local public bath, but squeezes a good variety of baths into a small space. Bring your own cleaning products as the aren't supplied free, though should be available from the desk.

A bit on the small side. You can barely fit 5 or 6 people into the main bath. Also, paying extra for the sauna is a bit annoying. It's cheaper than other onsens around Kobe, but not the best quality.

Very small onsen. It's nice but you can't stay long because there is no place to sit for in-between.

Consider a nice bathhouse in the neighborhood.

Just great. Full of local people. Different small pools with hot and cold water. Great for evening relaxation.
