対応が悪すぎて星一つもつけたくないです。 23時チェックインのはずが、着いたら真っ暗でcloseとなっており、電話も繋がらずメールも機能しておらず、結局他のホテルを予約せざるを得ませんでした。 ふるさと納税の割引も今回の旅行で使えず散々な気持ちです。 23時に設定したのも悪かったかもしれませんが、それならそもそも23時OKにしないでほしいです。 無理なら連絡をよこすのが筋じゃないでしょうか。 最終的に楽天トラベルを通してキャンセルしてもらい、連絡が来ると聞いていましたが、留守電に入れても折り返しの一つも来ませんでした。 無料でキャンセルすればそれでいいだろと思ったんでしょうか。非常に悲しかったです。最悪の旅行になりました。

Lovely owner and very socializing hostel. Not the neweset or cleanest but consider this as a hostel for young people (not comparable to capsule hotels). The owner will do anything to make you feel comfortable. Nice stay I can recommend. Station is not that far but a 10 minute walk also brings you to some main attractions of kobe.

Just visited this hostel to join meetup session. The staff is very kind and helpful, so I could enjoy the session. Appreciating their services :)

Good hostel. Has a kitchen and washing machine. The first floor is a bar and cafe. The employee was very friendly and speaks English. Not transgender friendly.

こじんまりとしたドミトリーのホステル。場所はよい。設備は特筆するところはないが、お共用の風呂は一応バスタブ付き。 一階は新しくできたBRUNというカフェで、朝は美味しいドーナツをサービスしてもらえました！

This has been my best experience in Japan. The city is not so busy compared to others, which I really liked. Sei (the owner) and Kaito were so nice and helped with useful tips and recommendations. They even planned and joined for activities. I highly recommend that place for solo travelers (and everybody else).

せいちゃんが可愛い！間借り営業でカレーなんかもあるそうです。カフェでもバーでも泊まりも可能。

I live near this place, sometimes there are events where the participants make a lot of noise, sometimes they drinking until 1 or 2 am and they go out on the street, not just sitting in the shop. There was a time when a neighbor was very angry and shouted loudly because they were making noise until late. If you want to drink until late at night, you should drink inside the shop and don’t affect the people around you.
