I
stopped
by
for
sightseeing
for
a
change
of
scenery.
The
museum
opens
at
9:00,
but
the
exhibits
at
the
back
of
the
museum
and
the
original
prefectural
office
(restored)
open
at
9:30,
so
be
careful
if
you
tend
to
travel
at
the
last
minute
like
me!
!
I
wasn't
expecting
much
when
I
stopped
by
to
check
out
the
site
mentioned
in
historical
documents
from
the
end
of
the
Edo
period,
as
it
was
a
newly
built
building,
but
the
first
prefectural
office
was
a
building
from
the
end
of
the
Edo
period,
so
I
was
glad
to
be
able
to
get
a
sense
of
what
it
looked
like
at
the
time.
(By
the
time
it
was
used
as
the
prefectural
office,
it
was
already
quite
worn
out,
and
its
role
was
completed
after
just
a
few
months.)
The
plan
was
to
just
check
out
the
building,
but
the
volunteers
walked
around
the
area
with
detailed
explanations,
explaining
the
differences
(unknown
points)
from
the
actual
building,
the
purpose
of
the
building,
and
other
various
knowledge.
It
was
a
lot
of
fun
for
you
to
do
that.
I
would
like
to
go
there
again
and
ask
about
the
guide,
even
if
I
have
to
pay
a
fee.
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
help
in
that
section!
I
went
to
see
a
baseball
game
in
Red,
but
I
was
coming
back
from
being
stranded
for
about
a
week
due
to
some
trouble,
so
I
was
dressed
in
red
at
the
wrong
time
and
in
the
wrong
place🎏,
but
I
was
glad
that
he
kindly
stopped
by.
I'm
rooting
for
the
Japan
Series.
The
museum
exhibits
are
well
organized
and
easy
to
understand.
There
were
a
lot
of
videos,
so
I
skipped
them
due
to
time
constraints,
but
there
are
many
gimmicks
that
can
be
enjoyed
in
a
short
amount
of
time,
and
you
can
easily
review
the
history
of
Hyogo.
It
may
not
be
enough
for
locals,
but
there
are
many
things
that
Chiba
residents
find
disappointing,
so
it
is
recommended
for
people
who
are
coming
from
outside
the
prefecture
for
a
light
historical
stroll.
