We experienced a horrible interaction with a short male employee at this location. Extremely rude and out of line. We purchased a drink inside the store, but had 1 other person join us at the table who did not purchase anything, as we were meeting up to walk to shop at Daimaru. This short male employee comes out to tell us we all have to leave, as the area is for customers only. This policy is insane! We told him that 2 out of 3 of us purchased a drink from the cafe, and we were only meeting our friend at this location, finish our drinks and leave. The worst part is that we were the only customers sitting on the patio! The employee insisted we leave, and attempted to move our bags from the table, just horrible!!!

Good location to pop in and take out, or stop in to drink, although can get crowded with tourist visitors at times. Great selection of coffees and other drinks (beer & wine too) and I’d thoroughly suggest the Maple Latte....delicious and perfect when you need a hit of something sweet! Staff are very friendly with big smiles every time I go in, and the cafe is clean and well laid-out. Good value for money.

Excelsior Café in Sanomiya, Kobe, offers a delightful ambiance and great coffee.

There is a morning breakfast set. From 550 to 610yen

Great coffee staff were good food good price reasonable.

It was fune it feels fancy but there us a problem they only have one toilet

The take away coffee is fantastic. Came back twice for it.

Best Uji Matcha Latte in 7 Weeks Japan. Barista works with great dignity. Not the sweet premix used elsewhere

Fast WIFI, they also have outlets to charge your gadget. They don't accept card cash only.
