    前菜からどれもこれも美味しくて、ウニの卵焼き、ぷりぷり具材がはいった水餃子、食べたいお野菜を伝えたら帆立と炒めましょうかとゆーてもらいオイスターソースで炒めた黄韮。少し贅沢な時間を過ごせました。。

    今回で3回目でしたが、前の2回はコロナ禍の前でしたので、久しぶりの訪問でした。夜の6,600円のコースでお願いしましたが、どのお料理も繊細な味付けで、前菜から最後まで安定の美味しさでした。特に蒸し魚(アコウ)は絶品でした。調理方法などもお母さんが丁寧に教えてくださいました。コースの最後のお好み焼きもなんだか嬉しくなります。 神戸には多くの中華料理店がありますが、広東料理なら断然ここをお薦めします。

In particular, the mapo tofu has a lot of Japanese pepper, so if you don't like spicy food, you might not like it. People who like it will love it. This is a strange restaurant with a large iron plate in front of the counter, where you can also order okonomiyaki.     中華料理もお好み焼きも食べられる不思議なお店。どちらも美味しい街ですから、ある意味、神戸らしいお店とも言えると思います。 中華料理はかなり本格的です。麻婆豆腐は辛いけど、やめられない辛さ。水餃子も美味しい。その他のメニューも美味しい。そこに挟む鉄板焼き、そしてお好み焼き。ビールが進むこと進むこと。 また、その内観も相まって、自分は何屋さんに来ているんだろうという気持ちになりますが、女将さんが作る美味しい料理を楽しむだけで幸せな気持ちになります。 少しでも興味があれば行ってみることをオススメします。後悔はしませんよ。

    Chiyo is unique restaurant as it is a combination of Okonomiyaki and Cantonese cuisine restaurant, and both would exceed your expectations. Madame Chiyo is the main chef, and she is known because she once had a cooking battle with Chef Chen Kenichi (陳建一) in the TV show of the very original Iron Chef. Yet nice and cozy family run place. It’s a must go place in Kobe.

    First meal in Kobe! It was very delicious The hostess explained and made suggestions about the dishes in a friendly manner, and suggested cooking methods and quantities according to our wishes.     うまい麻婆豆腐とはどんな味がどんなものなのか食べたくてお邪魔しました 店員さんに麻婆豆腐セットをお願いしたところ「辛いですよ」との事、テレビでやってるような真っ赤っかのやつ出てきたらどうしようと思いながら注文しました 程なくして運ばれてきた麻婆豆腐は真っ赤っかと言うわけではなかったのでひとまず安心しましたが 口に運ぶと痺れるような辛さ、慌ててゴハンで中和しました これが本格的な麻婆豆腐かとひとつ勉強になりました ありがとうございました。
