I had been curious about it for a while, but decided to come and check it out using a travel coupon near Kobe. Unfortunately, I heard that it will be closed this year. The customer service was heartfelt and I was very impressed. You can see a panoramic view of Osaka Bay from the rooftop. There was a wonderful view from the room on the 4th floor. The lounge area in the lobby has a comfortable sofa and many books. In the free space on the second floor, you can enjoy unlimited coffee, tea, mango juice, and grape juice. The portions for both dinner and breakfast were average, and although the taste may seem unique to Japanese people, it was very delicious. Although it is only for a short period of time until it closes, I would like to try using the restaurant. The cost performance of the restaurant is not very good, but it can't be helped because of the location. Night views and forest bathing are also on the menu.

Although I wasn't a guest, I enjoyed talking to the staff while shopping at the store. Even though it was a trivial question, he explained it in great detail, and his friendly response made me feel warm. I was so happy that I was treated so well that I wanted to come stay someday. The space (chairs) next to the entrance is ideal for waiting. I think it would be nice to be able to bathe in the open air if there was a large public bath, etc. It was a relaxing environment.

It's really rude to say it was unexpected, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious, well-balanced, and very satisfying. The employees were also nice. Stayed in a deluxe twin room. The room had a Japanese-style bed with separate bath and toilet. (The bathtub was a little small, but there was a washing area.) Although the building is not new, it is well maintained and the view was wonderful.

According to the official website, ``We are scheduled to close operations after staying on November 22, 2022,'' but there were no problems with the service. The view from the rooftop offers a clear view of Osaka Bay. The bath floor seemed to drain poorly and there were a lot of pink stains, so I cleaned it myself when I took a bath. The food is creative with slightly unusual flavors, so your tastes may vary. The website states that it opened in 2012, but old maps show that there is a building of the same size in the same location (it is unknown if it was renovated).

The customer service from the front desk and restaurant staff was good. I have no particular complaints. Dinner was also delicious, but the downside was that they didn't ask me in advance about my preference for the doneness of the meat dishes. I requested for it to be remade, but the staff responded without making a negative face. Breakfast was not to my taste at all. I didn't want to be a picky eater, so I tried every bite, but gave up soon after. When I looked at the dessert (fruit) at the table next to me, it wasn't what I wanted to eat, so I left without having the entire dish served. I was surprised this time because I have never had a breakfast that didn't go well with me like this.

It will be perfect if there is a public spa (onsen) here.

A tranquil hotel with nice scenery if the weather is good. Kids friendly and recommended to those who come for ski.
