Lastly, the staff did a good job in terms of delivering the services required but when you consider the hotel being in the onsen area, a bit more attention to details would make the hotel even better.

We wanted a cheap hotel that had onsen available on site. It has older facilities and rooms, but generally is quite clean. We were I initially given a smoking room, but they moved us as soon as we requested. Great place to relax for the weekend. Would go again!
