きれいなホテルで立地もサービスもいいです。さかしながら空調設備があまりよくないと感じました。 窓が開かない分空調がどこかにあるのかとおもいましたが、バス・トイレに小さな換気扇。 しかも暖房と送風しか使えず、冷房や自動空調は使えない設定にされていました。 利用は１１月でしたが、ホテル自体の密閉さのせいで風通しがよくないのでお風呂のあとは冷房を入れたくなる暑さ。でも使えない、、、。 ぜひ自由に空調は選べるように改善してほしいです。 ２名で連泊しました。 その際、バスタオルは使用したものは外に出して置けば新しいものをドアにかけて置いてくれるシステムでした。が、、、 新しいものは２名でなく１名分しかいれていなくて、結局フロントにもう一人分取りに行く始末。 汚れたものを１名分しか出していなかったから１名分しか入っていなかっただけかとおもいますが、いくらエコでもエコすぎるかな～?! そこそこのホテル料金で部屋掃除もなし。他のホテルは水のペットボトルサービスとか結構あります。 サービス内容としては２４時間フリードリンクがありましたが、意外とこれも割りと採用されてるホテルはあります。 なので、料金の割にサービス面では最低限のサービスだと感じました。
