Conveniently located a minute on foot from JR Akashi Train Station

Awesome local park bustling with activities. Families with toddlers, kids playing soccer, random people feeding birds and fowls. The last one is a sight to behold as flocks of birds doing a "migration" to their source of food at random point surrounding the large lake. There are plenty of quiet spots in this park too.

Huge park with great places for picnics, hikes and exploring castle ruins, and they often have great events!

Nicest place of all. Much spacious. A larger area. And not over crowded. You can have a walk with your dogs, there's a coffee shop inside. And a picnic safe place. There are two lakes inside. And fish, pigeons, cranes, birds, tortoise are there. If you need a quiet evening, you can sit by a lake and enjoy.

The biggest park I've visited in Hyogo. There are lots of activities you can do here. Boating, walking, watching games, playing, etc. Also, you can find many restaurants and toilets in the surrounding. Has ample parking space. Everyone will enjoy here in the park from kids to adults. This is a family friendly area. Very near to Akashi Station. This park has a very good spot for cherry blossom. We had our pre wedding shoot here. Such a very nice place. Large park in Akashi city. Great access by train. Large parking lot. Lots of trials for running, forests, open spaces for sports. Lake with pedal and rowing boats. Build on the ruins of Akashi castle. There are still of the castle preserved. Lots of sports facilities including stadiums, velodrome, and tennis courts. There is public library as well.

Really big park. Several different areas to play in for kids. Lots of different events. If you want to get the most out of it make sure to check the event schedule. Various festivals and markets take place on weekends.

It is a great place to go with your family. Don't miss it esp in sakura period. The lake becomes fantastic view. The castle us also nice but nothing much compared to other big castles in japan. There is boat and also places to eat

Perfect spot to take a walk or have a drink. The landscape is beautiful and you can get some views of Akashi.
