This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the pictures and info that is provided on the booking websites is nothing like what the rooms actually look like. Our shower didn't a shower curtain, one of the windows didn't even open or close. We were told when we booked on the website that the rooms provide satellite tv, our room didn't even have a tv. The paint was coming off the walls, there are no carpets like the pictures shown, plug sockets are loose, stained basin. The second night we were there, there were no towels in our bedroom. On our third morning the coffee was cold and when I asked about it no apology was offered, the guy tilted the urn fiddled with some wires and it switched on and eventually when the coffee was hot enough it tasted like dish water. And through all this we were still paying full price for the accommodation. If you leave your windows open at night tge noise of the traffic is unbearable throughout the night. Not impressed at all.

Very dirty room. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was not drinkable. Not always towels in room. Black deposit in shower. A lot of noise in the hotel (playing kids the whole night). To expensive for what you get. We are not returning their!

My wife and I went and met her friend in the city to go with us to the party and she wanted to go to the bathroom but the receptionist did not allow my wife's friend to go with us to the room and she only wanted to go to the bathroom And he was speaking very badly and this is annoying and also the employee does not speak English at all and communication was difficult At least when he is an employee in a hotel he should at least speak English

The hotel is well located near the train station. The quality of the hotel is probably the worst ever I visited in Europe. When we checked in there was only a very thin blanket in the room which is hardly big enough to cover one person, and we had 2 persons for the the night. So we asked and then they gave us another very think blanket. We knew it won't be warm enough so we asked if we could have one more and they strongly refused... When we use the shower and then the shower curtain came off.. the rail simply was broken and hanging over to be ready to come off ! What a nightmare.. and they only gave us one towel for 2 person to use.. Never book this hotel .. please.

+ good mattress on the bed + close to central station That's it! -inexistent pillows -small room -noisy room -No Air conditioner -just a curtain at the shower -check in was supposed to be at 15, was at 16 -no mini fridge in the room. You cannot cool a bottle of water. -old, unattractive, dusty rooms. -small old elevator -unfriendly staff

Well...the location next to the train station is good, and the restaurant and ice cream place are pretty good too, but the hotel is kind of gross. Dark, smelly and we found a heroin lighter behind the bed. As soon as they swiped the card we realized we had made a mistake.

Ok for a quick stop over. Rooms could do with a clean. Breakfast was good but I wouldn't consider it again. I think in the past rooms have possibly charged per hour

Room was ok. Bathroom was disgraceful, old, cracked tiles, mouldy shower and filthy. Reception so so. Best thing is close to railway. No parking. Otherwise don't stay there.

Wouldn't recommend. Hallways and rooms are really dirty. Dead bugs, dust etc around the rooms. We chose the hotel in a rush, and after booking it for two nights we read the comments about the hotel. Apparently there is bed bugs (not in our room, but looking through the comments its clearly a problem). Room was quite disgusting and a big disappointment. Definetly not worth of the price.

OMG what a dump. 32 degrees in summer and there is no air conditioning, no fan, no mini fridge and no ice available. There is no iron or cups. The rooms have no amenities at all. I strongly suggest that you don't stay in this hotel. Dirty and disgusting. No no no no no Don't let the bed bugs bite. Yes folks this hotel is infested with bed bugs 🐛
