The yoga school is fantastic, professional, the classes are safe, each teacher pays attention to different aspects, which makes the entire learning process more interesting. Of course, the atmosphere of the place is created not only by the instructors, so a lot depends on the group, but again - it is very warm and friendly. I guess everyone will find something for themselves here.

I've never practiced yoga before. Kasia's classes showed me how many false beliefs I had about this physical activity. I learned about the world of exercises that not only helped me with my aching back and problems with stretching, but also taught me how to find peace. Thank you very much and I recommend the best yoga school in Warsaw to everyone!

Very good, inspiring atmosphere, great and very professional instructors (including Kasia - the founder of the school - real gold), work-friendly schedule, pleasant interior with excellent equipment, good access, parking, close to the bus stop. It's hard to find an excuse (apart from your own laziness) not to come to classes - and as we know, regularity is essential in any physical activity. I started with ABC Yoga... and I was hooked! I also like the fact that each class is a challenge and I approach more and more difficult positions with greater confidence. I highly recommend it!
