I
have
been
practising
Yoga
(online
classes)
for
6months
now
and
it
has
been
one
of
the
best
decisions.Initially
I
was
skeptical
if
online
classes
would
offer
the
same
attention
as
we
get
in
in-person
classes.
But
just
after
a
few
classes
I
knew
I
am
at
the
right
place
and
with
the
right
instructor.
Aishi
pays
attention
to
every
single
person
in
class
and
offers
customisations
based
on
where
you
are
in
your
practice.
You
are
not
pushed
to
achieve
a
pose
in
a
day
but
rather
taught
to
pause
and
respect
your
body.
Even
with
online
classes,
she
can
easily
figure
out
what
correction
is
needed
in
your
pose
or
what
muscles
are
not
being
engaged.
I
am
part
of
the
morning
batch
and
it
is
the
best
way
to
start
my
day.
