Quality of food is ok. Service speed is slow and instead of announcing the numbers on a screen or so one has to stand next to the counter to find it out. The billing is also confusing. I got some extra mayonnaise instead of dips for which I paid for. May be it is because the place is crowded and due to initial rush. I hope when the crowd is less it would be a better service.

Newly opened outlet, adds one more to Irinjalakuda's list. Conveniently located, away from tana junction, so less congestion and has parking facility for 3-4 cars. The ambience is similar to any other KFC restaurant. We ordered popcorn, french fries and spicy burger. Fries are bit soft and burger had hardly anything as fillers inside except chicken and a couple of leaf of lettuce, good thing popcorn was really hot but on flip side it was oily a bit , unusual for kfc style. Quality could be improved further, not at par with other outlets like in big cities. It's a new outlet, so hope they will improvise over time.

It’s a small outlet of kfc. Still does the job. Dining space is ok. Parking is an issue. You get to park 3 or 4 cars at the max. Still good to have kfc in the town. Takes time for delivery than the normal kfc. May be they are picking up the pace! You got just two counters to order.

i found a hair on food while eating. very disappointed🤢🤮 . very bad experience. I lost my faith on your product. Too bad.

Their Veg Patties are the best. The ambience is typical KFC and the place was not that crowded. They didn't have French Fries in stock and neither did they have Veg. Burgers, which was kind of disappointing, but their Veg. Patties, OMG, they are GODLY delicious. A must have item for all Veg. Foodies out there.

There is only one billing counter in the outlet and the billing speed sucks. I have ordered family bucket chicken, quality of the food is average, got mayonnaise in place of dips. There is no proper management in handling the orders. So does the delivery of the order. It took me 40 minutes to receive my order. The inexperienced staffs are struggling when they have more customers. No display to track orders.

I have visited many KFC stores in the whole of South India and have been to this store multiple times. Their service is worth mentioning. Limited parking space however not an issue if you are on a two wheeler or if your visit is during late evening.

Very bad experience in irinjalakuda store.. If we order small quantity they served good pieces . But if we go with large quantity, like bucket they mix with the old pieces. I feel people don't know actual taste of KFC. That's why people still.....

Worst experience.. No quality No Quantity...Big12 pc Chicken bucket.. Look at the size of pieces Will not come here again!!!

World's fried chicken brand in ijk town.

Quality and taste is Ok bt Quantity wise very poor. For 2 piece fried chicken combo they are giving one medium size piece and one very small size piece 👎 Not worth for money..

This KFC near Kodungaloor Road has a satisfactory level of service. Though the quality of their food cannot be said the same. They use Aginomoto in their recipe, thus taking away the quality of taste their food represents. However, it still presents a modest KFC experience in the locale.

Parking space is available. Not much crowded. Food preparation of food . Didn't had to wait much. Went during an offer 9 strips peri peri for 199. Offer was available here.
