I could have given 5 stars but only due to one reason. The amount of garlic mayo you are pouring into a Burger is unbearable. When we eat we can only taste mayo not the taste of a burger. In my case, I specifically said to the waiter, that mayo and ketchup should be very low but I got stunned when I see the amount of mayo you have put in the burger (in the photos you cannot see it properly ). Too much mayo in food doesn't make any food more tastier. What you are getting is just the taste of Mayo. Some people might like it, but not everyone's cup of tea I tasted the beef Patty separate. It was juicy and tasty but you guys are ruining it with overuse of mayo. Still, I could say it was one of the best burgers I had tasted near premises and their nice ambience and interior. Staff also good service

I had tried a veggie cheese burger at Burger Lounge; the taste was good and awesome. I really loved it. A good and neat air-conditioned space where you can enjoy your favourite burgers and smoothies

Price ₹₹ Waiting time is huge. A bit over rated. Burger taste is average. It was not cheesy. We ordered Zinger Burger Spicy, Chicken Loaf, Cold Coffee and Tendor Coconut. Cold coffee was horrible so does chicken loaf. Zinger Chicken Burger is worth a try. I really wanted to try steak but it was not available. Ambience is just above average. Worth to visit one time. I really doubt I will be going again.

Peaceful and beautiful ambience. Very calm and quiet vibe as you enter. The staff is quite friendly and very helpful and the food is pretty good. One is enough for two people if you don't have a huge appetite. Overall a nice cozy place to sit down and have something in irinjalakuda. Best burger restaurant in irinjalakuda...

The club sandwich and the mojitos were average. The chicken roll was just okay. We had to wait more than half an hour just to hear that item wasn't available. Not satisfied with the service. They were constantly asking about bringing the bill like they were in a hurry. Dining space is nice and cozy. Good for small parties and celebrations. Not wheelchair accessible.

My experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a burger, which was supposed to be the highlight of my meal, but it turned out to be a letdown. The lettuce used in the burger seemed somewhat rotten and had a weird smell to it. Additionally, the burger was loaded with cabbage, carrot, and cucumber which all had a raw taste to them, making it difficult to enjoy the burger. To make matters worse, the mayonnaise used in the burger was clearly not fresh, and it added to the unpleasant taste. Overall, I was really disappointed with the quality of the burger and the lack of attention paid to the freshness of the ingredients used. I hope that the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the quality of their food. It's important to ensure that the ingredients used are fresh and of high quality to give customers a memorable dining experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.

Tricky and low quality food. The burgers 🍔 take around 45 minutes to get prepared. The staff finds it hard to explain the menu. Ineffective reception and they can be tricky at times. The business will offer multiple payment methods before dining to attract customers but will declare card machine is not working to get change or liquid cash for business use. Unprofessional service and not an ideal option to visit with family. Not a great experience and better to avoid the place and select the KFC which is nearby for a better family experience and quality food.

Best place for hangout with your friends,family etc... .Ambience here is also good, Wasn't that crowded, so we could enjoy our time well. Very easy to access. We ordered a spclclub sandwich and a wrap. Both taste are just average.The only thing which I felt a little uncomfortable was waiting time. I had to wait a little long to receive my order. Second time here and I was disappointed.
