This rating is based on the manners exhibited my the person who was incharge of billing, otherwise the shop has exclusively everything at a discounted and good quality products. I bought an idly maker and asked a salesman to assemble it and pack it, for which he hesitated a lot. Then after billing, the woman at the billing counter asked me to take the product in hand without giving it in a cover. I had bought another product too. She denied to give me the cover. After a quarrel, she asked the lift man to give it in the ground floor and get a cover. She refused to get the other product down. Another salesman there started to start a dispute with me as if he is the owner of the shop🙂

Irresponsible staff, staff doesn't know the marketing techniques and making us wait for longer and ignoring the customer. But some products are good but some products don't have variety of brands, if the brand is available it's only having lesser than minimum. Overall they doesn't have staffs equal to the shop.
