Eventhough trends provides a wide variety of beautiful collections, the behaviour of their staff in this franchise is absolutely terrifying and lack discipline in every manner. The customer service and attendance is just invisible here. In order to maintain their class, they better maintain the behaviour and language of their staff.

A good place to shop for a wide variety of clothing and accessories at affordable prices. They have everything from casual wear to formal wear, and I always find something I love. The quality of the clothing is also very good, and the prices are unbeatable. Also there will be great discounts for selected products every day..Staffs are very friendly and helpful... Large trial rooms... Billing section is a bit slow..Free and paid membership programs available...Ample  car parking space...

Very poor service and careless people. Not at all a customer friendly showroom. Poor staff service. You have to do all the selection process by yourself and there's no one to guide you through. However, their behaviour is quiet nice. A very narrow lift door and less spacious. A major issue I found is that these people are not at all careful about the safty of their customers. I found an electic device hanging out from the celing which can touch your head anytime you change dress in the tryout room. even wiring is hanging out off it without any proper insulation and just imaging if its charged, how much danger can occour? How much irresponsible and careless the are? See the uploaded photos.

Worst of all Reliance brands is Trends. They have the worst customer care. They do not resolve any complaints on refunds, item quality etc. When we want to exchange an item, they do not give cash/card refund. Instead they issue fake credit note. When we try to use it in next purchase, it will show as zero balance and we can't use that money. Looting customers... Don't fall prey to their offers.

Very very poor service. Staff in men's section don't even bother to see to the requirement of the customer. They shows their irritation while we ask them for a help. Trends please know that we prefer your shop only because of the budget and the quality you provide to that budget. It is not hard to quit your showrooms if you fail to provide proper service. Billing staffs are also suppose to be more conversant on applying promo offers and redeeming points. I've received a promo code which is valid for one more month and one of the billing staff informed me that the points are already expired. After making me insist to check more they applied the promo code and offer was effected.

Good collection across various price ranges. Got offer for some of products which is actually nice. Gift coupons available for shopping for specified amount which can be redeemable online offline.

The security staff denied a safe place to keep our backpacks. They required us to carry our weighted backpacks while doing the shopping. We were on a travel and didn't have a choice but to come out. Even the reliance staff also could not help. We requested space, they denied on the face. Meanwhile, earlier when the store had a rule that bags are not allowed, they used to have a space dedicated for keeping customer bags. Now the same place is available, but they simply denied to keep the bags.

Writing this after receiving reply to my review giving 3 stars rating: Well, if Reliance Trends had learnt from previous reviews, I wouldn't have to repeat the same concerns as other customers. Since there seems to be no change in spite of getting ample feedback, no point in writing to/calling customer care about the poor quality and selection of products. Reducing my 3 stars rating to 2 star.
