Such.....
Such....poor
maintenance
and
irresponsible
service
from
the
part
of
building
owner..
toilets
are
not
well
maintained
actually
it
is
not
maintained
in
a
proper
way
and
I
haven't
got
any
proper
responds
from
the
owner
for
my
complaints.
and
about
water
service,
I
think
I
have
got
borewell
water
service
which
is
contaminated
as
well
as
pipes
are
not
cleared
after
flood.
and
about
service,
If
you
want
to
get
the
advance
or
security
amount
after
the
period
of
maturity,
don't
expect
it
soon.
Because
I
have
the
personal
experience
and
building
owner
doesn't
ever
repay
it
on
right
time..so
if
you
are
not
bothered
about
your
security
amount
then
ok
you
can
take
a
room
from
there.
I
have
been
trying
for
5
months
to
get
my
money
back
from
him.
Really
he
is
the
one
who
has
NO
value
in
his
words...so
as
a
businessman
I
am
I
won't
refer
this
building
to
anyone
those
who
have
a
high
dreams
and
self
respect..
and
about
the
building
owner,
Nazar
K.K,
literally
i
haven't
seen
such
a
'FRAUD'
in
my
life
yet.
while
we
seek
of
our
advance/
security
amount(PAKIDI)
he
will
make
so
many
excuses
and
he
doesn't
give
it
on
the
time.
And
raises
lot
and
a
lot
of
crooked
things
to
not
providing
it
on
the
right
time.so
be
very
careful
…
and
please
don't
recommend
this
building
for
a
any
business
purpose
too...It's
my
OWN
experience.
And
am
bearing
so
much
till
now.
