The only thing good about this hotel is the rooms. They were well kept but the biggest let down was the quality of service. Even though they had a generator for power outages, they never switch it on & we had to spend the night without any fan/ AC. The hotel doesn't even employ a receptionist overnight for any emergency requests. No hot water available even though it was advertised as running hot water available. Lift not working because of all the constant power outages. To top it all off, we were the only guests in the entire hotel throughout our stay. So you'd think the hotel staff would go over & above to provide us with some good service. Give this hotel a skip. There are other hotels providing better service in the same price range.

Kerala chicken is must try item.. and the ambience in the premium section is also great

One of the worst bars ever. There is no access to the executive bar lounge for 2 to 3 people. The staff behaved in a very rude way. Totally unacceptable.
