I am writing this review to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Sukino Healthcare for the outstanding care and support provided to my father during his recent medical journey. He was a Stroke patient. The level of commitment, professionalism, and compassion exhibited by the staff has truly made a positive impact on our entire family. Among all the supportive individuals I would like to give special recognition to Caretaker Jomol. Her unwavering dedication, empathy, and attention to detail have been exceptional. Jomol's commitment to ensuring my father's comfort and well-being exceeded our expectations. Her kindness and genuine concern have provided physical support and emotional comfort during a challenging time. Prior to Jomol , Sribina was the support for my Mother as during the initial days it was very tough to manage the daily chore. I would also like to commend Physiotherapist Arun for his commendable job. His expertise and personalized approach to physiotherapy made a significant difference in my father's recovery. Arun's commitment to tailoring exercises to suit my father's needs and his continuous encouragement truly contributed to the positive outcome of the physiotherapy sessions. The entire medical team, including Dr Sandeep and the nursing staff, deserves special appreciation for their support and fantastic care. Their collaborative efforts created a reassuring and nurturing environment, ensuring that my father received the best possible medical attention. In summary, Sukino Healthcare has not only met but exceeded our expectations in providing top-notch medication and physiotherapy support. Thank you, Sukino Healthcare, for your unwavering commitment to excellence and for making a positive difference in the lives of your patients andΒ theirΒ families.

My mother was a dementia patient and had a stroke on April 2021 which left her completely paralyzed and bedridden. After the surgery, we came to Sukino healthcare for physiotherapy and well care for my mother who was in a vegetative state, and we were looking for a peaceful situation for my father as well since I am working abroad. The nursing professionals, physiotherapists, and doctors at Sukino took care of my mother like a baby. I especially appreciate Ms. Haseena's dedication and care during the entire period (30 months) as a caretaker for my mother. According to Dr. Sandeep's instructions, Sukino team provided intensive and special care for my mother in Sukino. The entire experience was exceptional with the support of Dr. Sandeep, Ms. Haseena, Mr. Renjith and all other staff. My mother and dad were in Sukino for around 30 months. Maybe we were the ones who were in Sukino for the longest period. They were able to care for my mother without any bed sores while she was bedridden for a long time. Similarly, the staff at Sukino took special care for my dad as well while he was staying there as a bystander. It was a real relief for me while I was abroad. Both of them felt a homely atmosphere from the Sukino team during this period. Their professionalism and the quality of care were made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Moreover, their facilities were clean and well maintained. I wholeheartedly thank to Sukino team for the excellent care of my mother.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, Janaki. My mother is 86 years old and has undergone total knee replacement surgery in Trichur. After the surgery, when the hospital discharged her, we were looking for a physio rehab centre where she could stay and do the physio to get better. But unfortunately, in Kerala, there are not many rehab centres. So we web searched and found Sukino and the good ratings and Google reviews gave us the confidence to admit her to this place. My mother was welcomed and given good care and support. She was pleased with the interaction and the care provided by doctors, nurses, carers and all physiotherapists. She also wanted to specifically thank Nithin and Alwin, who were in charge of her physio routines. With their motivation, she rebuilt her confidence in doing the physio, and she could walk with support within a month. Thank you to the admin dept for prompt service and communication through WhatsApp. We are incredibly thankful to everyone who has cared for her at Sukino.

I would like to show my heart felt gratitude towards a wonderful service rendered by a Homecare person, Feba Fredy who was provided by Sukino for taking care of my father post his discharge from hospital. The commitment shown by Feba from the start of day in bed bathing/cleaning, feeding food at the right time and providing medicines as suggested by the doctor had to be appreciated. Thank you so much and Happy to have got such a good service from Sukino. Thanks again to Feba and Sukino

First of all, I would like to thanks to all Sukino staff for the extreme care they have given to my wife. My wife was admitted in Sukino Health care solutions. On 18/12/2022. She admitted in Sukino with various clinical and physical problems. After few days of treatment, could be able to walk with minimum support., and recurring UTI was become less. This was a great achievement. Of the whole team Physio and Dr.Sandeep Radhakrishnan. I would like to say thanks to The Nursing staff and the care takers. During the stay I was fully satisfied with the service given by Physio and clinical staffs.Exspecially Thanks to Mrs. Divya Das Head of Physiotherapy I would like to say thanks to the Nursing staffs for their outstanding care they have given round the clock. Still Iam remembering the service given by cleaning staff to keep the HSE.in a good manner. I say special thanks to them. My wife was discharged on 29/10/2023 with good improvement in health. I would definitely recommend this service. Ganesan Visweswaran

My husband was admitted on may 29th in sukhino,he had pontine stroke,my family had a worst experience because when I left sukhino on November 22nd he physically turned in to fragile and weak I am sharing my experience for the past 6 months I had there,First of all I came to know sukhino from Mr.jacob Sir and I gone through reviews of sukhino where I had read about Mr.Afzal physiotherapist who had been taking care of patients physio at their level best.Only because of him we came there. The first 3 months speech and swallow therapist Ms Angitha who trained his swallowing very nicely as per her information he had achieved swallowing very nicely. I should start with caretakers ,the day he left sukhino he had minimum 4 times urinary infection, caretakers cleaning was not properly done if it was so it would have never happen as there are other patients who never had urinary infection. At home gods grace we are taking care of him very nicely as of now no issues. When caretakers go for breakfast or lunch dinner time they will be back after a long interval, patient is left alone they will say other care taker at another patient room will take care of him but whenever I visited I had experienced very nicely.if a bystander is not there we are giving responsibility to care taker to look after him ,Sunday I visits him if I told caretaker I am coming there they will be in room otherwise without informing I am visiting there nobody will be there.,sparking about cleanliness in room all corners are having spiders web daily they are coming to clean ,the windows will be always same with dust and room charges per day is very high. Caretakers had been given duty to give food to him oraly which they will not complete the task and would tell me he had completed it why they are giving me false information? At fourth month I asked the doctor to monitor him for tracheostomy removal so he is telling me what is the use of removing that, who is he to decide on that whether it should be removed or not I am his wife I had taken all risks to reach at this stage I asked him to just monitor he didn't do anything he was telling my husband is having poor swallowing, without put him for monitoring how could he decide on that his saturation level is good he is not having secretion at first three months when ms angitha was there told me his swallowing is good so what communication is going between them.I gone for a review to renai med city where he had undergone treatment my doctor told me seeing one report of his tablets and his urine report ,she told me why one medicine is given to patient if that bacteria was not present, this time for review my family was there and told doctor what's going in sukhino. Also for his urinary infection they will give high dosage of injections especially antibiotics. Also on August i told doctor he us weak increase his quantity of food bit he dudnt do instrad on month of october that is after two months in his review told me why the doctor in sukhino didnt increase the food? Also his hb was very low when they checked they didn't have any idea how to increase his haemoglobin level,I gone for review and my doctor told to do iron infusion.Every 3 days sodium tests they will do and blood will decrease and they didn't do any step to improve his hb level. Speaking about nurses once when his catheter should be removed nurses are worried to remove that he will be having bleeding issue I taken him to nearby Pramod institute and doctors there told why sukhino nurses don't know how to change urine catheter, even they don't know. For the past few 2 months when physio Mr.Afzal left the organization my husband physio stucked when he came back home his all things was unstable. They needed a well experienced doctor with nurses and caretakers who should be professionally good and should know how to take care patients nicely Very bad service from them, also paid nearly 10lakh amount with no use. Please learn how to empathise patients which is left in all clinical staff out there.

My dad had a traumatic cord injury and eventually had to undergo a neuro Surgery last summer. He was partially paralysed below shoulder and got bed ridden. Further, it had its share of complications too. The need for physiotherapy arise and I had no idea where to head for. Ultimately, I was referred to Sukino & Aster Medcity. However considering the cost, accessibility and convenience, I chose the former one. On the first discussion itself Dr Divya illustrated the possible chances of recovery and explained me the processes and procedures they are going to apply on the course. They were true to their words and action. Unfortunately, my dad was not cooperating well citing lame excuses and pain. Leaving it aside, I kept pressurising both Dr Sandeep and Dr Divya and they were very supporting on their services. πŸ‘ Later on I came to realise that a result could be reaped if the patient (my dad) would respond and react to the situation and condition. Medical treatment and physiotherapy have limitations and cannot be forced after a certain point. I had to give up due to my dads behaviour πŸ˜” Even though the cost surpassed my estimated budget, I'm pleased with the services of Sukino Healthcare. 😊I would recommend this rehabilitation centre who encountered with Neuro Surgery and its one of the best in Kochi. The doctors, physiotherapists and support staffs are very supportive and cooperative. We will feel at home. I wish them the very best and equest them to continue their services with utmost generosity to the people in need.πŸ‘
