I used to shop from here.Nice collection of various brands is the main reason make me visit here again..But I faced a bad experience from lady staff in 1st flooR men's section on 11 th December noon.After 10 or 15 minutes she started following us wherever we move.Her behaviour makes us feel we came there to stole.and anyway i made her confused by wandering through out the floor and all the time she behind me..but never get any support to select clothes.Never faced this type attitude from staffs at any shop before..Better educate your staff to how to deal with customers and never underestimate anyone

Yesterday i came here to purchase in reliance trends pala. Such a wonderful experience and nice customer support and good collection also.

I brought some cloths from reliance trends kottaramattom, all my cloths are getting off and tearing I spend around 15k only for cloths from this trends and this happend to me beside that I brought some cloths from kottayam trends and still am using it am very happy with the cloths. Am not happy with the cloths that Am brought from kottaramattom trends 👎👎

I had a rather disheartening encounter with the service during recent visit to the store, where I sought to exchange some clothing due to size-related issues. Unfortunately, I had misplaced my mobile phone and could not provide them with my contact number. Despite presenting the original purchase receipt as evidence, the staff seemed to disregard my request. This situation was indeed exasperating and left me with a sense of dissatisfaction regarding their customer service.

Excellent selection and good behaving staffs are the highlights.... Especially Ms. Babitha helped us to get the perfect match dresses..
