They are the drug expert and can help you guys regarding any doubts with disease conditions and the management plan(treatment). Sometimes a simple question can help improve your health.

Really bad experience 👎👎👎👎👎👎. Doctors are really nice and helpful👍👍. The staff are very rude, especially the op pharmacy. Don’t trust the information from enquiry dept. Prices on higher side for poor quality service.

Not recommended for life threatening conditions.Especially on sundays .If anyone go with any serious conditions they will not survive.So better take first aid from there (because we have no other options)and go to multispeciality hospital.I recently had a big loss because they are not capable of using all the treatment options on holidays due to unavailability of experienced doctors.This is almost same in all hospitals,mentioning now because of the recent incident here.And have one request please refer the patients to appropriate places if you cannot manage.Hospitals were seeing lots of patients death and they are used to it.Buttt every patient is important and precious to their relatives .

The only option you have in kodungallur for an agreeable medical treatment. Sone doctors are good. However most of them bend on meeting the targets that the management has given them. It's just a business to make profit. Bad ethics, but the only comparatively dependable option available in kodungallur.

If you are under insurance, then they will squeeze you in every possible way. Doctors are good.

The experience was not quite well good. There was a person intbe insurance department. Who have behaved inappropriatly to the pateints. The My mother went to ask about the follow up of the insurance.. He misbehaved. He said "thus is not only the insurance cases they have a lot more". They were just waiting our time.for the procegers. They have wasted my one whole day just because of the insurance case. They were no even ready to follow up the insurance. When I called to the insurance department they replied that there has not be any mail sent from the hospital. They have send the email only after when i have to go a spoke to the PRO.

I had breathing issues and went to Morden hospital and while I was getting treatment suddenly a doctor pop up starting shouting at nurses after sometime, when I was sleeping and suddenly hearing a man shouting at using abusing words in phone call that dr name is suresh with in few min when I was trying to sleep again heard shouting on Dr sanoop whom I am seeing from month of oct the person is so polite a kind heart dr. May be he would have done some mistakes but keeping in open space in casualty shouting at staff is so pathetic and Mannerless never expected from experience r non experience doc. When I raise this concern to dr Aman 1st he was listening and after that when dr Suresh came shooting at me. for telling them not use abusive words in front of patients and bystanders and dr Aman was expecting me not to raise my voice when Opp person speaking with disrespectful… Dr Suresh will have lots experience in medical field and buy age but zero experience in talking to coworkers and patients .

Had a good experience from the hospital especially, Dr. Tessy, SICU staff (Bency, Reshma, Remya, Shiny) all nursing staff's from the ward and labour room.

Doctor service is excellent but the staffs in nursing and customer support is really pathetic , rude people ( one operator is there I don't know her name very rude person) Customer support representative is really bad they don't care customers, rude taking and they even don't attend calls, we have to call 10 times.what the operators are doing there..are they sleeping ? management should recruit some professional customer support representative and also teach the nursing staffs how to behave, sometimes they give wrong medicine also please take care ...otherwise hospital will lost its goodwill... thinking to post in Twitter also

Had visited the hospital for kids vaccination and such an awesome experience I had. The hospital is well organised and staff is very systematic. Consulted Dr Ajit and he was very kind and helpful. At every level I am impressed right from cafeteria to consultation.

hospital with a wide range of medical services and hospital can be crowded at times and waiting times can be long. Prices can also be on the higher side.
