Its my personal experience only I visited with my mom on 15/01/2020 for some skin related issues. We couldn't take appointments early and it paid off. We waited for long three hours to meet the doctor. So if you like visit hospital take appointments on time. Doctors are good but the service from hospital management is poor. According to me as a middle class man the charges are little bit high also. Experience - 2* Doctors - 4* Parking - 2*

One of the worst hospital I've ever been. Don't waste your time here, get better doctors, service and management elsewhere. PRO himself is a joker having no sense or value for customer's time, money or emotions. He made us to wait almost an hour to show up to give his excuses about their policies (which are obviously beneficial for them). He was more concerned about continuously checking his phone than solving the problem of customer in front of him. Registration and revisit department is there to find all the sneeky ways to garb money from you. Their doctor took leave on the day scheduled for my pre-scheduled re-visit on 14th day, and when we went on next day we were asked to pay for re-reg fee saying that it's been 15 days since last visit. They want us to pay re-reg fee for the faults happened from their service side. Worst part of all is, with 14 days of medicine from them, my health condition didn't even change a bit, but worsen. I was on the agony that I went on useless medicine and treatment, and when I went there to ask the same, they're behaving like this. Later I came to know that this is a common thing happening there. They keep you as a continuing patient by not curing your disease completely. And try to milk you as long as possible. Very rude lift and security staff. Altogether a big pile of mismanagement. Update: next day, I went to an another hospital in Ernakulam, and by 14 day medicine from them my disease is completely cured. And for my surprise when I was trying to get a review visit, but the doctor recommended me that no need for further revisit if I am feeling better and told to stop the same medicine after continuing for one more week.

Visited for food poison with in an hour 1700 rs they charged , In chennai i face the same situation they charge only 450 rs , High charge i faced with this hospital , that for a simple food poison starting stage only , easily with medicines and an injection it can get solved .

Main hospital in this area. Congested place. Staffs are good. Very good parking space. Need some renovation works.

Worst Cardiology Doctor. Senior Dr with zero knowledge. Doctors have the responsibility to tell the details to the patient's relative regarding the seriousness of illness if any. He didn't do that. If he did so my father would have been with us...

Requesting the hospital management to provide proper social distancing procedures in OP and medicine dispensing counters and please don't compel the OP patients to buy medicine from hospital itself by saying it is the rule of the hospital .

Don't ever go to their Emergency department. Very pathetic nursing care and emergency support. They even don't know how to behave and explain patient condition. Worst hospital.

In room patient facility for medicine is very poor service we need to take medicines from. Pharmacy with long waiting in queue....and passed over to nurse...nurse will keep the medicine on table ....i don't know why we don't get personal service for this kind of room rent My experience with Donbosco Room rent is little high nothing special in rooms..why you don't add tv on all rooms with these room rent...even we get. Nice rooms in hotel and services in these room rent ... Food transportation to patients should covered...i see carrying evening snacks on trolley without covered.(hygine matters.).and you can make little fast for admission process...and medication little fast with more staff ..staffs are very good ...bathroom getting flood with too much water not on drainge area other side ... (construction floor problem)lots of improvement should done in this hospital...not adding extra fittings on front area ...services matters...like hospitality....sector Thank you... Did a medical check up package here with my parents. Had the best one ever. Will surely do recommend. It's actually quite a good catch, when it's all included with amazing food and comes with a discount if you are a family of more than 2 members.

I received very good experience for this hospital. doctors and nursing staffs(3rd floor F- Ward) are very friendly behaviour. Medicines cost too much. For those who do not have insurance (like me), measures should be taken to reduce the price of medicines in some way. Otherwise, this hospital will always be a fear for those who have financial problems.

I came to visit this hospital on 20/10/2023 as part of my Executive Health package. Th service of the hospital and its staff has to be appreciated. There was no delay for the test reports. I was accompanied by a hospital staff throughout my check up and no delay happened though there was considerable crowd in each Section Department. The hospitality I received was tremendous and provided with comfortable AC room for resting with breakfast and meal. I recommend anyone for a Health Package considering the services and economical point of view.

Today we did full body checkup at Don Bosco hospital.We received very good care and service from this hospital. The nurses are all very helpful and was very cooperative. The doctors we consulted was very friendly and was very supporting to go through our medical reports .The hospital is very affordable. And it's well maintained, clean and hygiene. Excellent care received from the Emergency Department, when I went with my wife who had an fever and breathing difficulty. We couldn't wait for OP consultation, and went to Emergency. Even though it was very busy, we were attended immediately, and the doctor and staff were very supportive and caring. She was given some Injections and nebulization and discharged after an hour with tablets. She was comfortable by then. Treatment was affordable and all over it was a great experience. Doctor explained to us clearly on the treatment given and what should be done if she has further episodes. Thanks a lot for the support & care..

Went for booster dose covishield vaccines for father. Very well maintained and neat an clean. Excellent process and could complete the same within 30 minutes. All COVID precautions including fuming is done here. Hospital is on a verge of continous improvement, however doctors to be checked.

Dr Binsitha mam was a good gynecologist and especially the staffs and nurses at E-ward was always helpfull and care. I didn't get room near labour room and nicu and because of this I needed to walk difficult to feed my baby it will be very useful if rooms are allowed near the nicu and labour room

I would like to appreciate the nurses in the hospital for their dedicated service. My child had been admitted due to chest infection and high fever. We got E ward as per the current insurance policy. I was not much impressed with the overall condition of the room. The cleaning staffs are cleaning the room everyday but I couldn't see any honest cleaning from their side. The edges of the room and the windows had dust, and the condition of the electrical equipments(especially fan) was also not in good condition. Except for that, the hospital is okay in overall service.

It was great experience, all the staffs including Doctor Abid ,(Physician)..Nurses.. (2nd Floor C ward St.Sicily block ) are very gentle and caring, whenever calling for help always nurses and staffs are there for helping with a smile on face.. we are leaving the hospital today in a very good mood.Will undoubtedly recommend to all of my friends and family.🥰

It's my direct experience on 2021 April 2.Went for RTPCR test before travelling, The charges they asked for the test was 1700+ 525(extra) per head. "That extra" was charging because its holiday and the test was doing as emergency.I did the test from different lab at the rate at the govt rate of 1700 Rs

It was a nice experience with Dr. Veena Gopinath. The way she explained things were really admirable. Supporting staff was also showed good hospitality. It showed the paradigm shift in the culture of dealing people by the hospital. One small suggestion from our side : It will be good to have a chat bot for the patients after consultation to communicate with the particular Docter they consulted . It can resolve many doubts that may arise during the course of treatment. May be docter can respond on a particular time and it can be based on the priority of the doubt/situation. Although many people have said different opinions, in my direct experiences I have felt a lot of positive difference. At one point I bought and ate the canteen food which I firmly believed was the best services and that was it. It is hoped that the present practice of preparing and serving food as if it is a mere duty, how exactly the medicines should be handled, and the food to be taken care of, will soon be remedied.

In general, a good local hospital with experienced doctors and good nursing care... Well maintained, clean and hygiene infra. My parents were very much comfortable with the service and care. We really appreciate the effort taken by the management to improvise the facilities in time by time. Even though sometimes the casualty department not performing as we expected. The pharmacy (i/p & o/p) service are also very complex.. We hope these are also sorted out in future...🙏

Recently had few OP visits and an IP treatment for my father. I must say that the hospital has changed a lot compared to the previous years. Management has introduced new systems which helped the environment feels like more matured. Many specialties and experienced doctors are good asset to this hospital. Being said that, I believe that there is still more room to improve so that the hospital look professional.
