Very good doctors and staffs, but they will force you to buy from their optical store which dont even have proper frame collection. And the guy at the store ask a 100 question and make you wait when you say you only need the slip. Why the lens details handed out in the store not somewhere else? They only admit 2 customers at a time and you have to wait after everyone to just get the slip.

The staff is extremely unpleasant. They are demanding that I obtain a test printout from an external location for a surgery that costs 19500. It's surprising that such a large hospital lacks a printer, and I had to travel all over town for a simple printout. Despite requesting that we remove our footwear outside, all of the staff are wearing shoes and sandals indoors. My mother put on a new surgical mask before entering the hospital, and the staff removed it and provided a new one, which the receptionist handed over with unclean hands. So, what's the point? The staff is impolite and disrespectful.

Negative 1) Wondering why patients are asked to leave their slippers out while all staffs are using slippers inside and it’s the same slippers they use while going to the washroom. Pls rethink. 2) Out of my past experiences here I have noticed they advise the middle/rich class to do unnecessary checkups Positive… 1) Doctors are well experienced

Recently I had disappointing experience with the hospital administration and accounts dept. After following several requests for the invoices ,they didn't provide me a bill or invoices for our payments done for the treatment. As we all know if you pay for something or services we will get statement of charges or Invoice, Bills in return . So pethatic.

They are ripping off their customers. I bought a contact lens which I used to buy for 869 and they charged me 1399. I am using contact lens since last 7 years. I have never brought from this place, because i heard they cut your throat. But this time as i am flying, I want it urgently and i ended up there and I let them to loot my pocket😬

Good eye care hospital. Consulting here for several years. Especially now, they are following complete covid 19 protocol for safety. All doctors are well experienced. I buy my contacts from here. Facilities are medium level. But treatment is perfect

I had a very good experience at nethra eye care . We ie our family had gone for a eye check up with Dr Vijay Shankari . She was very friendly and spent a lot of time checking our eyes and determining the correct power and giving the right recommendation . The charges were very reasonable . The place was very hygenic and clean . I wish them the best .

A well maintained eye care centre which have a centralised AC system. It has an operation theatre and a pharmacy and a specs store . There are more than 3 doctors . Systematic

The hospital treatment is good. Super arrogant lady (wearing specs) sitting as a cashier, near the pharmacy. She is so rude to all the customers. Feeling pity for the owner, Thomas doctor who is our acquaintance. Should replace her immediately. 0 stars for that culture less woman.

Very overpriced grasses. Unfriendly towards customers and do not deliver glasses on time as promised. Worst experience. Very bad sales guy

Everything is very expensive comparing to other eye care centers nearby, therefore it's not a budget friendly clinic. Even optical section is very expensive. But I'm impressed by their cleanliness and infrastructure.

Why we have to leave the footwear outside while even cleaning staffs are using footwear inside. Are you saying they won't be using the same shoes or other footwear while using toilets inside ??

There was a good parking facility, I came to see the doctor, called the name at the reception without much delay, saw the doctor and asked to buy glasses...the behavior of the doctors, staff and non-staff was very good...
