DOV: Multiple times across many years. This is a very good hospital in the locality & is a branch of main medical trust hospital situated in MG Road. This hospital is targeted for general medicine, gynecology, paediatrics and ortho. For critical cases, they will take the patient in their own ambulance to main medical trust hospital, after giving primary health care. It has good facilities, very neat & clean & nursing staff and supporting staffs are friendly.

Dr. Rizvi Ali k(ENT) did a great job with my first ever health exam. he explained everything to me in a very clear manner. he was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great and friendly

Very poorly managed pharmacy. The hospital even mandated that ALL out patients should undergo Covid test irrespective of whether they had symptoms, during May-Jun 2021. That is unheard of. Doctors are qualified and good but make sure that you have more than an hour to spend to get the medicine from the pharmacy. That's wholly mismanaged with inadequate number of staff.

The doctors are good. But the other services like the pharmacy management is bad. They make you wait for 30mins or more to get the medicines after consulting the docs. I personally have made complaint regarding this mismanagement to the PRO. But still there is no improvement. Edited on 11th July. Still no improvement. They still keep you waiting at the pharmacy for long period. Only 1 doctor for each department. If there is an emergency, the OP patients have to wait for the doctor for prolonged hours. Mostly you have to spend your whole day here.

Staff was very co-operative & helpful. It was a comfortable visit. Really Satisfying Service. Healthy & Hygienic. Overall a great experience. Keep up the great work. Way to go.

2 yrs ago I had horrible experience from gynecologist here.. Some staff nurses.. Only 2 nurses vr nice.. My baby was born wid heart defect.. Instead of finding it they kept blaming me. They admitted me 2 weeks before delivery date.. Doctor planely told if my place gt covid lockdown.. She won't admit me.. She cnt take tat risk.. Then scolded me everyday fr nt hving delivery pain saying lack of exercises..although general doctor and emergency section s th best here.

Good experience with the doctors and staff. This is my second delivery in this hospital. Dr. Leeba Manoj is an excellent doctor and very much approachable, she explains and takes care everything. Pediatrician Dr. Sandeep is the second person that I would like to thank and talk about, he is an excellent doctor in pediatric. He explained everything that we need to take care for the new born. I am happy with the service of PR and nurses. Apart from all these good things I want to mention one negative thing that is about the cleanliness I would rate only 1 out of 5 for that. It's a hospital and where most care should be given for the cleanliness to avoid the spreading of diseases so I suggest the hospital management should take this issues little more seriously. Other thing that I want to mention is the security guards in the hospital most of them are northeast people and they don't know proper malayalam so if we tell them something they don't understand what we are telling and each and everything they ask the patient or the bystanders to go meet the PRO, this is actually an inconvenience for the people who seeks the service of your hospital so please find a solution for this issue. It was great experience, all the staffs including Doctors, Nurses are very gentle and caring. The service was excellent. Room facilities were comfortable and well maintained. One of the best hospitals in Ernakulam.

Covid protocols are checked thoroughly and the safety we get is very assuring. Canteen also provides good food and provide food supply on call for in-patients. Nurses at nursing station are at constant vigilance and they keep tab of every patients thoroughly. Rooms and consulting areas are very clean. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This is one of the branch hospital of the renowned Medical Trust Hospital at Pallimukku in Ernakulam. It is well-staffed with all the modern amenities and facilities.

Treatment is just okay and they are considering the patients as their customers so they are compelling the patients to buy unnecessary things from their pharmacy. If you have any other option don't come here. The nurses and staffs are good but at the end of the day the management is greedy.

Everything about this Hospital is desirable, right from the receptions till the final check out process. Efforts put in by the staff and Doctors to deliver the best-in-class experience is commendable. Even the unexpected friendly nature of the security staff would baffle you as it is not normal in this part of the world. Unfortunately, a single person managed to get this review from 5 to 1, Insurance desk, in one word disgusting.

Doctors are the key elements in determining where you want to go for your health needs. I have had two hospitalization experiences here so far. Both Doctors here with whom we interacted were excellent. Attitude of the Doctors while answering our distressed questions was unmatched, compared to the arrogant and impulsive responses we have received in past from tenured Doctors in our locality, this was a pleasant experience. Food not a big fan of Canteen, but at this stage its just ok Nursing staff were very engaging and would respond quickly. Any institution's have a small small issues or hurdles are happen. No one 100% perfect at service. Some time get fast and smooth. Some time get delay. Here(Google) I found lot of feedback about delay and blah blah blah... May be it was happen. But totally it's not good don't go... I am not recommended... What you mean……. If you are sick you will go to hospital or clinics. That time no guy review on Google that center was not good will go other place... No one will take risks and put on own life risk. But same time saw some good comment's and suggestions also. Now days all hospital's have Covid protocol and delay for OP service. More than your health you give importance for other works than let's go finish your urgent work . In this remote area they provide advance treatment. If focus money minded they will build town area not in this small village.. They can give good treatment and better service. Rest is not in our hand.. God bless and good luck...

Good and considerate doctors, but highly arrogant and rude staff. For any new patient, they make you run through atleast 3 different counters and queues. In an age of super fast administration, they still believe in age old counters system. For a simple dressing with no rush on a Sunday morning, it takes them more than 30 minutes to process. And top it at all, the OPD staff asks "ningal ee naatukaar alle?" (Aren't you of this place?"). Why should that question be asked to look after a patient. Lot of training needed for the staff to show some empathy to patients and their bystanders

I have an excellent opinion of the doctors there. I’ve consulted 2 physicians there, Dr Joseph Philip & Dr Jiju Jacob, both are experts. A hospital, very hygienic and well equipped one. In my experience the patients get immediate relief from medical staff. The service of staff there , is satisfactory

Unethical process followed by not giving consultation papers ( OPD)/ prescription to patients , after consultation it is directly send to pharmacy which force us to buy medicine from there itself and when questioned they are stating we dont want our prescription to go out (lol) paid service and this kind of reply. PR is asking to share request to get our own prescription ( with aadhar copy of patient ) such an idiotic nonsense I have ever heard.

I visited the hospital with my wife to consult ortho specialist on 11/09/21. Although the doctor was very positive the pharmacy staff altogether were not cooperative, empathetic or courteous with total disregard. The matter was brought to the notice of PRO. Even his attitude to solve the problem was negative. I sincerely hope that necessary corrective action would be taken by the hospital management before these staff become a liability to the organisation rather than asset.
