3rd rate service, worst hospital in ijk my father Francis John who was being treated in Marina Hospital got very poor treatment by your casualty staff when he was brought to your Hospital approximately 11 : 30 a.m.on 20 th June 2022. He was made to wait to sit and wait for more than an hour by your casualty staff. The doctor also was not available. The bed was given in the general ward at approx 1 o clock in the afternoon. There was also a big delay in providing support service like oxygen and nebulizer. The doctor came in to see the patient at 8 p.m. My father passed away on 22 nd June 2022 at 1600 hrs. However thr most important and sad part is the poor work ethics of the hospital. It is absolutely a 3 rd rate service provided. Do these staff really bother about the well being of the patients and most importantly how badly this Hospital management is doing in this matter. Really sad and pathetic state of affairs. I am writing this to bring a serious issue to your attention that we encountered during my father's visit to this hospital. My father visited the hospital for a urinary tract infection, however, his experience during the visit was unsatisfactory. During his visit, he went to the pharmacy department to receive the prescribed medication. However, we noticed that the medication dispensed to him was not what was prescribed by the doctor and he was on that medication for the last three days. To our horror, the medication he received was completely different and could have caused him harm. 100 pct satisfied by the doctors and this error occurred from their pharmacy department staffs, who will be in their phones all the time. I understand that human errors can occur, but this is not acceptable when it comes to someone's life and health. Giving wrong medication not only goes against the standard operating procedures of any hospital, but it also plays with someone's life. I was shocked to see such carelessness and negligence on the part of the hospital staff. I hope you can investigate this matter and take the appropriate action to ensure that such situations are not repeated in the future. This incident could have had serious consequences, and it's my responsibility to bring this to your attention. I strongly suggest that your hospital takes appropriate measures to prevent such situations from happening in the future. I hope to receive a response on this matter soon and that necessary measures are taken to rectify this issue. Right now, my father's potassium level is high, and sodium level is low, and he has been admitted to the Thrissur West-Fort Hospital for further treatment. Therefore, I kindly advise anyone who is visiting the Merina Hospital Irinjalakuda to double-check the medication before consuming it.

Drs are excellent in sevice but the new nurcing students are very arrogant especially dr Reenythomas's cabin on 27/07/2022.not know about good manners. And also pharmacy,bills,cash and delivery is very slow and time consuming

When we consult a doctor and if the doctor prescribed a lab test. After the completion of the result we want to see the doctor. Then we need to take the token again and follow in queue itself. This is very irritating.

No parking facility available. If you are accompanying a patient you will have to leave the patient infront of hospital and go outside and park at the side of the road. It`s a big inconvenience .

Went there to get the PCR test done and the staff was so rude. We called ahead to make sure they would take the test as we were a little pressed for time. So the person on the call told us to come right away to take the test.When we arrived the staff asked us to wait for half an hour or more because it was her break time. Not being unmindful, everyone requires breaks. But if she was on break it should have been mentioned on the call that we will have to wait for more than half an hour and not asked us to come right away.

One of the best hospitals in Irinjalakuda. Situated at the Chalakudy road also known as R. S road, this hospital has best team of doctors and staffs. There is room facilty and highly excellent labs.There is also car parking facility. Medicines are also available here. It is open 24 hours. Excellent experience. ❤️

No parking facilities for cars. If you're accompanying the patient you're in for a lot of running around. There are 3 queues for getting bills, paying cash and giving medicines which makes it easier for hospital but horrible for customers who have to stand in each queues to get medicine or pay a simple bill each time. They don't even bother to give everything at once they ask us to go separately and suffer the queues. I was disappointed when they admitted my wife under the impression they had rooms and then they kept her in ward only and had fever patients on the other side in ward even when we asked for room. They simply don't have enough rooms. Staff wasn't any friendly. This made me regret my decision to go there in the first place.

Be careful while going to this hospital,My sister went there chest pain for our Mom... The casulity... Team given bill to pharmacy for medicine approximately 10k... After 30mnts.. They didn't given medicine... Before we paid the cash... But... They are playing in pharmacy...silly mind, then we ask them why u guys not given the medicine... Then they replay... We don't get medicine list... 😡😡😡 But how... We already paid the bill 30mnts before... After 10minutes fight with them... There is aged lady... Just throw the medicine pack... The pharmacy desk.... 😡😡😡😡 Such a...... Bad behavior.... Don't choose this hospital 🙏🏽

Very horrible staff. They are only money oriented people. If we go for an emergency they do not accept the patient if they have not been treated there before. Never visit this hospital.

Casualty service is too bad. We didn't get immediate attention when I took my baby at 4 am . nursing staff wer sleeping and it took quiet some time for the duty doctor to come as he was sleeping somewhere else. Worst nursing staff also. Never take patient to marina hospital if there is an emergency

Worst experience, lethargic approach from the staff, no space for parking - but they kept parking reserved for their doctors, they don't care about patients, I waited almost 1 hour , still doctor was not reched, and staff were so rude once I asked about the delay, management - please understand that you are charging us for the treatment , not for free of chage, so you should take care of your patients, very unprofessional approch since I left without taking any medication, and I wasted almost 1000/- for this irresponsible treatment place - not recommend this place..

Marina hospital Irinjalakuda is near by Tanavu. It situated just near by Govt. District hospital Irinjalakuda. Here is coming many patients. Category wise many doctors help available here. It is a super speciality hospital. A diagonise centre available here.

I won't give 1 star also ...such a pathetic hospital. ..the ladies in billing section are so rude like they are paying for our medicines... Please give some classes to the staff how to behave with others then only allow them to sit ....

Be careful while going to this hospital, ask for the pricing of each item before doing any procedure otherwise they will mis interpret/ mis guide you. Consulted surgeon m g Gopal a krishnan for an injury on my mothers finger ( caused by a sharp object)with a fee of 250 adviced to do a procedure to takeoff the projected portion. Procedure was done and doctor suggested to send the taken out piece for biopsy, I objected and not send. I dont know the intention of that doctor for suggesting biopsy for an injured procedure. Later on the bill came and saw that for the procedure they charged a doctor fee of 1500 apart from the consultation charge and also charged a procedure fee of 750 which is not at all justifying for a small procedure. Doctors now a days are a part of money making organizations no ethics at all

No parking space for patients, only for doctors Went for xray and gave me lungi to wear, don't think they are changing for each patient and during this corona atleast they could keep some disposable gowns for patients. Worst experience
