Quiet good hospital on couple of specializations - They have excellent Ortho, good Physician and good Gynacologist as far as I know. Dermatologist is one of the best too whose specuality is quick diagnosis without much tests. Rooms are ordinary without much facilities, however has option of AC rooms too. The cost is comparable and one of the better hospitals in N.Parur!! Staffs are friendly too!!

Bad experience, staff is extremely rude. I had booked an appointment on call, but when I checked at the hospital they didn't let me consult the doctor saying that I didn't book an appointment. It was an urgent situation for me, but yet they did not even consider that it might have been some mistake on their part. Extremely disappointing staff and service

Very bad experience... Last week we checked in casualty due to a bus accident.. They took nearly one hour to give my mother an injection.. She was literally crying with pain.. The staff nurses are not supportive... Their attitude towards the patients are very bad😐

Having booked 9am slot for covid vaccination, there was no sign of proceedings until recipients started asking questions to the reception and finally it started around 9.40am. Proper signages to indicate where should people assemble, get their jabs and rest for 30 minutes could have been handled better. I did a Rtpcr test there .As per the government regulation, it should be 500 .But they charged 635 for it.i questioned them,even I did not get any proper explanation. I also not sure about the usage of n95 mask for each patient .such a worst experience.
