Very poor trainer.I didn't mean his knowledge,but his way of behaving with the customers.I paid 2300 at the first day while joining the gym.I also explained that I had little experience in work out .the trainer was very itching from the 4 day onwards ,just like he had some grudge towards me.he hardly gave lessons that too verbal instructions.he started teasing me about the mistakes I did This may sound weird to the readers .but am not a naive or soft natured baby to think bad about a person when he tries to correct me.if hardly had 2 hours a day to spend at gym but the instructor was making fun of me most days with unfair facial expressions.if he has some problem with his life actually it is not suppose to show on someone who is a beginner at a workplace.I could hardly go for 17 days and then I decided to stop working out under him.I lost 2300 by joining this place

Newly Renovated ,Unisex Gym with Ample space and much convinent for body building, . I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainer is really awesome and helpful, He make you feel really comfortable. The 1 hour training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. Restored As per Covid-19 Protocol not too much crowded

Went for an enquiry and I found the guy manning the gym leaving the premise early after closing it. He was in a hurry and when we said we had come to see the gym and its facility before enrolment & that it is still not the closing time. He brushed it aside and said its closed early today as no members turned up in the last hour before todays closing time. It was a disappointing experience.

The place is congested and don't have any good trainer's, when compared to amount they are charging. The equipment's are moderately Good.

I went kochi for a job and i started working out there It was a nice gym with lot of equipments Hardly 1 year i practiced there The owner roony bhai and all in the gym was too friendly Nice gym to workout

Well equipped gym..Trainers( Rony and Rahul) are best in making you aware of each every aspect of training your body..they help in building your body properly...great ambience and space inside the gym...perfect for workouts.. Really satisfied with maintenance and training in this gym..I would recommend this gym to everyone

Gym is good and have enough equipments to workout which is completely air conditioned and also it is a unisex gym. Trainer is also good and corporative but as some peak time clients flow he does his maximum to attend all.
