Good gym 💪 with nice training

Update 6 Sep 2022 ----------- Two days ago the Gym has gone through a full overhaul. Now there is a full matting , one threadmill fixed proprely and second one also expected to be fixed Permanently in few weeks time. Gym now looks like a proper gym 👍🏻 --------update old----- Reduced the rating from 5 star to 2 star due to lack of maintenance of gym equipment especially threadmill. -------- update old------ Trainer Sujith gets a definite 5 🌟. This is a good gym and at good location , with lots of good equipment.

I am sujith,,I have been a trainer in the gym for 10 years, I will no longer be a trainer, I am leaving the gym.

Good multi gym with supporting instructor

A better weight training world.

Gym has all types of equipment to cover all body parts. Equipments are bit old school but serve the purpose very well. Spacious and clean as well. Ventilation might be a problem for some as there is no AC, hence expect lot of sweating.
