Joined this gym and had to quit in one day. The place is poorly air-conditioned. Most of the equipments need servicing, neither the staff or the management takes any responsibility. The rowing machine doesn't work, the elliptical and spinning machine are barely functional. The floor is extremely dirty and hygiene is not a priority here. Both morning and evening trainers are not helpful and are quite arrogant. If you're looking for a peaceful and motivating gym environment, please look for a different place. Would give it zero stars if possible.

Best choice I’ve made training at YES FITNESS . VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

A great place to train. All the staff here are friendly and well presented.They are constantly looking out for our wellbeing by cleaning the equipment and making sure everyone stays safe.The trainers are always so upbeat, motivating and encouraging.The community they have built at this studio is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here.Definitely recommend everyone to try it out.

I really like the place and would sincerely appreciate Mr Sreekumar for being the gentleman he is . Ladies can do the work out comfortably under his guidance. I really want to restart after this covid episiode..Thank u and all the best
