Thanks to Seashore Hotel Team, they made our stay more memorable and enjoyable. We have really enjoyed their hospitality and care. The staff are good and care taking, staff are very cooperative and made us to feel very special. The rooms are neat, clean, and safe, the room service provided was best in class. This is the best Hotel we had ever stayed. The food in saffron restaurant is delicious and mouthwatering, especially the prawn dry fry, every time we went to restaurant, we have ordered the prawn dry fry, the best prawn fry ever we had. Had a bad experience with extreme long wait time of close to 1 hour for the main course which was just 3 items. When we enquired they mentioned few mins but wait was very long and at last we decided to walk out then the manager came out and apologized saying they prepare on order and dishes we ordered are time consuming. If that was the case. The staff should atleast set expectations about the time taken for preparation of dishes with customers so that we can decide . No such expectations were set here. The fact that irritated us the most is that people who came after us were all being served and we kept waiting for our main dishes which left us in utter disappointment

Very good experience and good hospitality. It's a very good hotel. Staffs are kind and helpful . All the meals are delicious and so many varieties are available. Rooms are very clean and all the amenities are available. There are indian and continental foods in the buffet. Restaurant is very nice and clean. I wish them all success in their business.

Visited the restaurant for lunch . Quite a decent settings with ample seating area . Located at the prime location the restaurant offers various cuisine. Service staff attitude needs mentioning. Coming to the food tasty finger licking food . If you want to look the draw backs the table cloth needs a wash other than that everything was smooth . Tried the Biriyani the muziris beef peralan and fish pollichathe..value for what you pay for . Happy that at last an elite restaurant is there in kodungallur .

The Seashore was Gorgeous, Clean and Lovely!!! We arranged a Wedding Reception at Seashore on September 12th , 2022 and it was a wonderful experience. All the staffs were very lovely and polite. We are very grateful to the chef for delicious food. Everyone really liked and appreciated all the dishes. We would especially like to thank the General Manager, Mr. Sreekumar Thodukattil for the excellent services we received. He was very attentive throughout the function and managed our event very well. All the guests were very happy about the excellent hospitality. My family and our friends stayed for a few nights in the hotel. It is one of the best four star hotels I have stayed in India and it is the crown of Kodungallur. We love it and we recommend it to everyone!

This is located just opposite to the craft hospital ....the reception itself is looking amazing ...there are rooms and restaurant .....I ordered falooda it was in good quantity and tasty ....very reasonable for 250 ...with that ambience...I think the food will also be great there .. .staffs were also very polite. .....

My son’s birthday party was celebrated in their Ruby party hall, the food and the arrangement was exceptional and the staff coordinated all the serving perfectly. Recommended for further celebrations

Had a very good experience, during our stay at SeaShore Residency. The staff is courteous and warm and ready to help at all times. Rooms are neat and clean and so are the rest rooms. Would love to see more variety at the breakfast buffet, though. All in all.. A comfortable and hassel free stay.

It was a beautiful hotel that made me and my family feel welcomed from the minute we stepped in. Arjun and Navin at the desk were super friendly and kind. Arjun was very kind to make sure we felt comfortable when we came in very late. Over the next few days we became very food friends with staff over breakfast and dinner, as they were always willing to have a conversation. Subi and Keerthna were two lovely girls who always made sure we were well attended to. Saffron Restaurant made wonderful food! It felt like home food! the manager, Sharanya and the Sreekumar recommended some places for us to go to, and were lovely enough to book for us to go speed boating! One of the best hotels ive been to! the room was super spacious for me and my family.

If you are looking for high quality restaurant, with high standards this is the place. Yes price could be a little bit higher compared to normal places, but they guarantee the standard for the price. Quiet, Calm neat place with good food and Great service

Pathetic service in the restaurant. The staff needs training as to how to behave professionally. The food is just ok, as some dishes will be good and other are below average. The staff named Amal is absolutely unprofessional. He can literally make anyone feel uncomfortable by giggling and gossiping once you enter the restaurant (if you are a regular customer). And the newly appointed manager is even more pathetic. Out of all, She needs training the most 🥹 The lady staff except the manager of course are much better and cordial. Even the ones in the reception of the hotel are very cordial and welcoming. Hiring the new lady manager in the restaurant was a big mistake made by the management. The senior management (one of them is the general manager) on the other hand are very welcoming and cordial.

All staffs are best in behaviour.And the rooms are very cleaned and organised. friendly staffs.Special thanks for GM and everyone for making us comfortable there.

The service in the restaurant was superb. The staff were very cordial and polite . The lady manager in the restaurant came to us to check if everything was good and anything else is required by us. Overall good customer service.

Good service and infrastructure except performance of the airconditioner and the breakfast provided. Air conditioner was faulty and not cooling even in 18 C shown in remote. Breakfast was only for name sake, not even to meet the purpose. There were no valuable menu options in the break fast which is not expecting a hotel having this kind of classification. Totally it was a money looting thing,

The best hotel in kodungallur for stays with families, friends and couples and for all sorts of meetings including business meets. Ambient car parking facilities. Wonderful dishes from the kitchen all at unbeatable prices. Great customer services too.

The hotel as such is decent enough. Rooms are huge and spacious. There were barely any guests when we were staying, inspite of that, the service was very slow. Maybe they are understaffed and under trained. It's bang in the middle of the city/ town, thus quite convenient to get around. Don't get fooled by the name, the sea is 8km away! So don't expect any views. Food is nice. Fish thali is value for money. Its a No frills hotel.

Great rooms ...huge with large windows...some have balconies that can be opened upon requeat...best room that i stayed jn with balcony are 311 and 211....very pleasant and welcoming staff and GM ...felt like a home away from home....price was very reasonable...hospitals and pharmacies are walkjng distance...fantastic food in their restaurant. I would certainly recommend this hotel 😊👌

I had booked a hall along with Buffet Dinner for my kid's B-Day 🎊 Party. We can happily say that the function went very well as the guests loved the food and ambience. I had done my booking through the Hotel's AGM Mr. Sreekumar. He ensured that the function was well organized to our satisfaction. A dependable and professional gentleman to say the least. His Deputy Miss. Jayalakshmi was with us all through the funtion and she was very helpful and attentive.

Service was good. They did setup the event beautifully.The food at Seashore was amazing and yummy. All the dishes tried was awesome experience.Thanks for the all the help. I will recommend seashore for others to visit as well. It was awesome again. Thanks team

Can't comment on rooms, as was only visiting restaurant. I have been there a few times across the years. Apart from the wonderful cheerful and friendly sevice with great care to warmth and attention, the food itself is a good mix of variety and flavor. Even the time it takes for food to arrive form the time order is palces is reasonable.

In the lobby there is a Harley Davidson bike displayed. Small replicas of different types of vehicles displayed. Open air roof top meeting venue very nice. Rooms good; neat and clean. Food tasty. I attended a meeting with dinner there, used the room to freshen up; that's my only experience.

I visited with family this hotel, really amazing, very dealings of all staff, thanks to good service of the crews of this hotel
