I
took
my
phone
to
Mobile
Shop
to
be
repaired
because
the
charging
port
was
not
working.
They
told
me
that
it
would
take
1-2
days
to
fix,
but
it
ended
up
taking
3
days.
When
I
went
to
pick
up
my
phone,
they
told
me
that
they
had
to
order
a
new
charging
port,
which
is
why
it
took
so
long.The
staff
behavior
was
very
unprofessional
I
was
already
frustrated
by
the
wait,
but
when
I
got
my
phone
back,
the
charging
port
still
didn't
work.
I
took
it
back
to
the
shop
and
they
told
me
that
they
would
have
to
order
another
charging
port.
This
time,
they
said
it
would
take
5
days.
I
was
so
fed
up
with
the
bad
service
that
I
decided
to
take
my
phone
to
a
different
shop.
The
other
shop
fixed
my
phone
in
one
day
and
it
has
been
working
perfectly
ever
since.
I
would
not
recommend
Mobile
Shop
to
anyone.
They
have
terrible
customer
service
and
their
repairs
are
not
reliable.
I
would
much
rather
pay
a
little
more
for
a
better
experience.

Overall,
I
had
a
very
negative
experience
at
Mobile
Shop.
The
wait
times
were
excessive,
the
repairs
were
unreliable,
and
the
customer
service
was
terrible.
I
would
not
recommend
this
shop
to
anyone.
