Always love to come here and chill be its with friends or alone it has nice and quiet environment which I prefer and the coffee here is amazing. Even the shopkeeper is good and polite. Mr. Mohammed thank you.

If you want to experience the worst customer experience, this is the place to go to. They don’t have clean desks and it will take them ages to clean if you are waiting on one. An old customer before me asked if they had tea, and the service staff behind the counter rudely asked him to check the menu. Another customer wanted a hazelnut coffee, and she was told that they already have too many orders. The staff is so rude, that I would not wish this place on my enemies!

Used to be good in pre-covid era, but nowadays they are not customer friendly. They dont like you when your 5yo kid is having ice cream from other shop but wants to sit with patents while having their coffee.

Seating arrangement is very limited. There are no table services. You have to pay the bill first and takeout the order to your table. I had a Nescafe from here. It was good and satisfying. It was also a little too hot.

Very poor customer approach.... The manager himself is impolitely behaving... Si we donno to whom we should tell our grievances...He insisted my 3kids ( 9yr, 7yr, 1 yr) to get out of the shop when they were finishing the last part of their icecream, telling they r not supposed to eat outside 'food' from there...my wife was actually ordering eatables from that shop itself ..and kept my children engaged with the last drop of their ice cream, while she ws away from them finding their menu...Finally my wife had to talk him bak to permit them to complete their icecream.. At the same time he was keep on sending others too including an old man and another lady telling the same impolitely ..... This s quite humiliating.... The next day ( today) i called and asked that man to give me it's owners contact number, but he denied telling he s busy..... So i hav no other option to contact the owner who im sure wud never do this bcoz it wud bring his business down.... So if at all its owner see this, i humbly request u to take an adequate step either to advice or to replace the man who doesn't kno the basics of customer care nor politeness... Ty

Eth coffee shop alla Thepp kadaya… Nalla kidilam thepp.when u order Mojito Item makesure u should bring some ice cubes,Sugar ,Mintleafs, from your home bcz they are not gonna provide a Proper mojito on your Table .that’s why you should pay the money first after that u will get the like these Drinks 🍹

Cafe Latte was good ,juice & Frappe ok ok. Certain items are overpriced beyond expectations n not so great in taste as well….

Overly priced for juices and stuff...good place to sit and spend time if you have others shopping.

There were only 6 cups in total to serve lime juice. You have to wait if you've ordered more than 6.

When would these people learn how to treat customers with some sweetness and respect? When my credit card was missing for a second, as part of my search I asked the cashier about the same and he is showing me reactions and mocking me. Is it like I cannot even have a friendly conversation or query to anybody in this place? To add on top of that, what I am drinking is definitely not the white chocolate drink.

WORST BURGER. Beef patty had a foul smell and was undercooked . We got sick after reaching home . Please don’t even attempt .

It was below average experience. The place was filled with flies. The cake I ordered was not upto mark...the overall experience was below average

Very rare breed of restaurants.The staff members are like government employees.Not bothered about customers.There are other restaurants nearby, which serve customers better.

Best place for a quick snack. Situated at the ground floor itself. Bit expensive but its fine.

I bought one Black Forrest pastry on 19th Jan 2020 because my kid wants to buy it. Price was 100 Rs. Parcelled it home. Reached home and tried. It was in worst condition. It was dry. Taste difference was there. Luck that I tasted it before giving to kid.
