I tried their ground floor ac bar initially waited more than 10 mins no one came to take my order so thought of leaving the place outside security guided me to their premium bar he told it's in 2nd floor as there was no elevator I tried steps after reaching 2nd floor I found an open terrace there was no bar there then came down to 1st floor and found a premium bar thankfully a person attended me straight away and took my order I ordered Indian poratta and beef roast along with corona beer after 10 mins he came up with food and told they don't have corona beer it's out os stock initially before confirming my order he make sure it was there and then only I placed my order I had to change my order to Heineken and beef roast was really disappointing one as it's take was not that good but porotta was excellent and hospitality and cleanliness was also good .

My favorite hotel in Kodungallur. I love the chicken biryani and beef biryani here. There is no need to say anything more, you have to go there and get to know the place It's so super

This is the review on Aswathy restaurant (didn't stay there), went there for lunch as they had a biriyani fest organised. The location and the parking spaces are good. However the behaviour of the staff was rude and they're not bothered about the customer at all. We're a group with kids so asked if they can combine the seats so the whole family can sit together, the seats were available for them to do it. However the manager or the incharge over there was rude and told us in malaylam 'avde okke sthalam undallo avide irunna pore'. That really summed up their attitude so we left the place without wasting a minute. The facilities are good, management if you can have better staff this would be a great place for families to dine in.

Home away from home. Stayed there for more than 2 weeks and the entire team from Reception, House Keeping and Restaurant were at their best. Its very difficult to identify any gaps or dissatisfaction during the stay, Mr.Hari was very helpful in making our stay comfortable with all the support with regards to travel with reliable communication mode and trusted people to travel. The restaurant team is also at their best as their food, vasuettan and other team ( don't remember other names) were amazing in making us taste their delicacies. The housekeeping staff were prompt in cleaning the rooms and providing fresh linens when requested. Keep up the good work, in future any visit to this part of the city Hotel Aswathy would be the only option for me and my family. Thanks you Hotel Aswathy Team.

Located near the temple this is a hotel with some long history.The rooms are well kept and tidy, ample parking food was great.

Food good but service very poor, this hotel is run by kodungallur Lakshmi jewellers, Hotel suppliers behaves like hotel securities. better to post them in the Bar. must appoint girls for service . seashore and paradise hotel service is good.

We ordered chicken biriyani, veg fried rice, chettinad chicken, mushroom pepper fry, aswathy chicken. Everything we ordered was yummy.

I will recommend vegetarians to stay away from this place. I have seen more than one instances where we got non veg particles in veg curries.

We stayed at hotel aswathy recently ..the staff there is probably the best I have come across .. the rooms were very clean and the food in the restaurant was very good .. thanks to navneeth Hari and Vishnu my family had a very good stay and darshan at the temple .. along with the car and the driver samjith they had arranged for us to visit the nalambalam..... The staff is probably what separates this hotel from the rest for the courtesy and promptness .. thank you for a wonderful experience

This is a review of their coffee shop/restaurant. The food was really good - it was little on the spicier side though. The taste was excellent, and serve size was decent as well. The service in the restaurant was very good - the captain was attentive, and ensured that all guests were attended to quickly and politely. The hotel has fairly good vegetarian options, which is rare in the region, as most restaurants focus on non-vegetarian dishes alone.

We went there as a family with kids. Rooms were clean and well maintained and food was really good though there were few options. The hotel staff were well behaved and friendly. Also to mention the hotel was very nearly located to Kodungallur Bhagavathy temple. We had a very pleasant darshan. Our overall experience was good!

We booked a double room for three hours in order to attend an online class during our drive to home. After negotiating we got 20% discount only even though we wanted the room.for 3 hours. Nevertheless the hotel is clean, the room was good with amenities like Aircon, fan, coffee/tea maker, toileteries etc. There is sufficient parking available. Room service is available. The restaurant serves tasty and quality dishes. We had lunch and we're quite happy with the food. Overall we loved our short but sweet stay. The only issue we faced is the wifi strength, to attend a good meet we stayed however the strength was weak and the line was dropping frequently. Also unable to share the screen due to the wifi strength. Still no complaint and all went fine. We will surely stay here next time when we visit the temple.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. I traveled with my family and we all were very happy with service and amenities. Excellent staff, clean rooms and affordable rates. Would definitely stay here if I come back to Kodungaloor. One small drawback is that the menu is quite limited for breakfast but whatever they provide is quite tasty

One of the best places near the temple. Excellent value for price! Excellent food for price. There was a problem with the ac. They tried to fix it and when it failed, they changed us to another room. They still need to work a little on keeping the place insect free but I will definitely pick this place again!

This worth every penny. Rooms were fabulous for the price. We really enjoyed staying there. Walkable distance to Kodungallur temple. We felt really comfortable there. And this is a highly recommend place. Staffs were vere nice too. Restrant was also nice.
